Excellently guided through the process by Haley who was a pleasure to deal with

Quick to take your money and in principle a great plan however your claims handling company is very tardy at dealing with and paying out on claims.

I had the pleasure of speaking to Hayley today. Hayley was so pleasant and helpful. It is so nice to have such an enthusiastic and knowledgeable member of the team help me with my policy.

Fantastic price for gap insurance almost 50% cheaper than what was being offered through my car lease company.
And my call was answered but the wonderful Hayley if only all calls were dealt with like this.

Very good agents who help guide you through the different types of policy, mine was to cover a lease gap insurance. Diane originally and then Haley were friendly and understood my requirements, as a continuing customer I was also offered a 10% discount by Haley on my next insurance which was most welcome.
