Not delivered on the day promised, even though delivery instructions noted when ordered. Courier said they had tried to deliver when they definitely had not. Contacted customer support and disappointingly no response

Told me what to expect n when n delivered accordingly.

AVOID! Direct Plants business model is to lure you in with false advertising. Once they have your money, any problems, you can go whistle. Wrong item delivered? Tuff. Missing plants? Tuff. Item not as described? Tuff. They claim "100% Satisfaction Guaranteed". FALSE! If that were true there would be no negative reviews. Direct Plants telephone number 01485601142 is not a human. "Email us" says the message. Customer service is non-existent because emails are not answered and ignored. After they have your money there is no interest; they have moved on to their next victim.
BEWARE! all who enter here.

THE PEAR TREE RECEIVED WAS OBVIOUSLY POT GROWN AND THEREFORE POOR QUALITY.

INFORMATION ON ROOTSTOCK, AGE ETC NON EXISTENT.

The packaging was brilliant, but once I got the plant out, all the leaves were dead and had dropped off the plant, so I'm not sure how long it was in the box for, with no light.... hence 3 stars. Having said this, I've planted this and time will tell if it survives, thank you.

24 plant evergreen shrub collection. I was hesitant about buying these as I was worried about what was going to be delivered. I need not have worried, the next day my order was delivered by overnight courier. They were well packed and arrived in excellent condition. They all appear to be strong healthy plants and are a super selection of varieties. I would have no hesitation ordering from Directplants again

Updated review: plants have finally arrived and the quality appears good, a few spots of mealy bug on the star jasmine but nothing extreme. The Customer service for this company however is non-existent, a phone number that goes nowhere and tells you to email them, which then go unanswered (I sent 3 emails and received a reply only after my plants were dispatched, 2 weeks after being told they’d be with me in 5 days), really wasn’t sure I was actually going to get my plants at one point.

What makes this a great place to buy your plants is that the plants are good quality at afforable prices. If you do need to contact them for any reason which i did, the company reply back to you and resolve any issues.
