The little starter perennials were so well packed each tiny plant arrived safely. Once planted they have gone from strength to strength. Plants arrived on time as promised.

Some of the plugs, recently bought have died after potting on and a few others on the verge of. Not the best this time.

The plug plants arrived in tact and healthy. The bare roots have been planted. I can't say yet how the plants will turn out, time will tell.
The previous plug plants I ordered were not great and did not grow into large flowering plants so I have fingers crossed for these ones

Four days in post. Package very knocked about in transit and a large proportion of the plants had come out if their holders. Potted immediately and placed in growhouse but, given the damage incurred, high failure rate expected.

Plugs arrived well packaged and on time. Plugs were of a good quality and most have survived. You will always lose a few plants even from seed.

Ordered 24 plugs offer from gardeners world . When they finally arrived there was only 12 in the package and 12 empty spaces , I phoned and was told they would resend the order with a confirmation email. 3 days later still no email. Called again and was told sorry they are now out of stock till next year , but know one bothered to inform me of this. Was told I would receive a refund. 3 days later no refunds arrived. Called again to be told sorry new staff hadn't done it correctly. And would resend refund, still waiting not that hopefully. Company is awful to deal with I had these problems with them some years ago and no improvement

Bought 42 Begonia plug plants. Watered and planted them in individual pots as soon as they arrived. After a few weeks, as at today's date only 30 of the 42 have continued growing. The other 12 haven't come to anything. I expected a few losses but not as many as this. Disappointed!!

Arrived safely, but about a quarter of them have shrivelled despite watering and keeping them in sunlit window sill . looking forward to the rest growing well,
