My first order - very healthy plant delivered on time. I ordered a 3-4 ft tall specimen but the one that arrived was only 28inches

I've only given 3 stars because of poor communication. So the bad stuff 1st
When using an online seller for the 1st time there are inevitably worries of scams or quality issues.
Direct plants uk insinuate that you can phone to talk to someone, this I found not to be true. I phoned multiple times only to be told by an answer machine to get in touch by email.
I thought I'd purchased too many conifers, there policy for returning conifers was not forth coming, It was indicated that I should donate the plants to a charity or such like.
When the conifers were dispatched there was no details of the courier used.
My address was correct but wrong postcode used so plants would not have been delivered to correct address. Had I been able to contact them by phone it would have been so much easier rectifying the problem.
Lastly the free shrub worth £9.99 was miniscule 4 inches high LOL.

Try to contact them a millions time to change my adress as I realised it was wrong . Sent 3 emails no one reply and called them but it s always an answer machine received snemsil from. The courrier sent me an email it will be ship at the adressi need to correct .I really hope so I will manage to change it. So far the customer service is not good. Sorry I am not usually write some bad review to complain but I feel really they don't care ..
