quick and easy to resolve hiccup in order

I was always happy with your service but at the moment I been trying since 7/11/2022 to get my pump fixed or replaced as it was under warranty.I ringing but no one gets back to me.

Price and range of products

Best price online for my pool light bulbs and although they didn’t have them in stock they ordered what I needed and delivered in two weeks.

After returning item as directed by them a refund has not been carried out after repeated requests. They assured me a refund would be generated but no show. Item returned first week of November 2022 now 13th December and still waiting. Do not trust this company to do as they imply

Product was ordered online, Direct pool supplies cancelled the order because of no stock. Failed to inform me of the cancellation. Have still not received the refund after two phone calls and two webchats (and almost 4 weeks). Avoid.

"8mm hole required" in the description is incorrect.
Email sent 6/12/22 and dispute #339 raised 6/12/22 both remain unanswered. As a result of incorrect instructions entire 3.2m manifold had to be replaced costing approx $170, hours in time and 1/2 a season without solar heating. The replacement barb & grommet order did not have the grommets, sent later without hesitation after phone call. Please change your hole size to the correct size.
I will not be using Direct Pools again due to lack of followup.

I would suggest that if an item is not in stock, please make that clear in the advert. I was not advised until four days after purchase that the item had to be sourced from a supplier.

I still haven’t received the item, it’s been just over 2 weeks. I’m in WA and to be fair to the company it’s just the transport disruption that has caused the delay.
I’d give the company 5* and the transport less.

Well I am still waiting for the product, it hasn't been delivered to my knowledge and the cost for delivery was very high, almost as much as the cost of the product, so I would like it to be delivered to my door.

Absolutely useless, took a week to reply to me after ordering saying item was out of stock, 2 week lead time to get to YOUR warehouse to be dispatched from there so up to a month lead time. No reply when refund requested I had to call up to find out my order had been cancelled but not refunded over 2 weeks later (that’s the refund being actioned, not landing in my account). Ridiculous.

Good friendly service. Quick delivery and competitive price. Bought a Waterco multiport valve to replace an old Praher. I recommend this establishment.
