I am surprisingly happy with this order: item is so light and well designed for function, I am considering getting another, to have in a separate part of my house. AND delivery was prompt and easy.

Wrong length. They were 5cm longer than ordered. It may not seem like much but it does make a difference and I notice it every time I use them. I suppose I'm just used to the one's I've been using so I will get used to them as well. Other than that they are the exact type I was after.

The Easy Reacher broke picking up an empty plastic water bottle, and I’d only had it for a few days. Company were happy enough to provide me with a replacement product, but rather than sending it so I’d receive it the next day, it took over a week, so I was without the product I’d come to rely on heaps.
