I ordered in beginning of May. Delivery companys can't deliver and discandoo just answer (1 time) that they are not sure were in their warehouse the packet is and investigate issue. After many years of been customer, they now just decided to rob my money. Customer service not answering after that one time. Now it has been 3 months after paying and ordering. Use some other company. There is no customer service and robbing your money is easy them as robbing kids candy.

I made an order already over two months ago, but today the cargo came home. I tryed to contact Discandoo couple of times before that, but no answer. When I contacted the delivery firm, I got the answer and then it started to work. Don't no what was the problem, because when I last made on order everything went just fine and in much shorter time.

Too long delivery time. Order made 11th July, not received yet.

No reply to any questions about the delivery time. Order made 3wks ago, and parcel is not shipped nor packaged. Discandoo do not reply a thing. Total silence! Poor and unreliable service so far.

My order have not left the storage. Made the order and shipping 2 weeks ago. Have tryed to contact them via mail. But no answer.

I ordered 3 weeks ago, I booked the shipment at the same time: from the shipment company I get the news that my order is still at Discandoo and discandoo does not respond to the mail I sent and does not answer the phone. Choice is not as large as before and service is deteriorating

If you want precisely certain beer or any other thing this is not for you, they can replace items with other "similar". Also not answering my email about missing item... You have probably lost this customer.

Kaikki meni pieleen. En saanut lähetystunnusta millä seurata tilausta, lomareissulla olin, kun soitettiin, että puolen tunnin päästä tulee paketti. Ja helvetin pitkä toimitusaika . Ei enää ikinä tilausta teiltä!

I haven't received my delivery, even it's been ordered almost a month ago.

I have not eaven heard nothing about my order

One month no updates 200e worth of products with no sight on when they will come. The order was for the summer holiday party which has now passed. Buy from other companies.

Discandoo used to be good but now nothing works and if you need to get in touch with customer service Good luck takes at least one to two weeks for them to respond on something if they respond at all

Poor poor service .. it’s been more than 3 months i ordered my stuff but did not get anything and even they are not replying me and giving me my money back order number is

Customer service was responsive and helpful

The items I've ordered have always been right and nothing missing. Placing order is easy as it is to select the carrier.

Order has never been delivered, no answer to any emails in 4 months, tied it in with delivery from shippy and same thing no reply to constant email, disgracefull

I ordered staff 3.6.2024 and still i have not heard my about shipment anything
