Very disappointed by this website. I placed Order #2082 on July 24th and it still hasn’t been delivered.
I have reach out to them for a follow up on the website as requested as well as by email and never got a reply.
I am very disappointed and frustrated for my dog that his waiting for his medicine.
Wouldn’t recommend this website.
Order never came… it’s been over a month. Order #1614, was ordered 6/17 and its now 7/18. Preying on people trying to care for their pets is wrong, I’ve tried contacting but no response. Don’t get screwed like I did. Will be filing fraud if no response
Edit: They responded.. I wasn’t charged tried ordering again will update if they actually send this time order no #2058

Order was sent in an unmarked white bottle with no label or identification as to what was inside. Order was detained at airport/customs as they could not forward white tablets in an unmarked blank bottle with no information. I have attempted to find out why this occurred by emailing twice without reply. Not impressed by lack of customer service and unprofessionalism. Who sends medication in an unmarked bottle!
Checked spam folder and there are no emails from discount apoquel. Going through the website requires an account/password which I don't have because they were not required to place the order. Despite the communication problem I will be happy to update my comments if and when the shipment arrives 🤞
UPDATE
Package from discount apoquel arrived on the 4th of May and I also received an email from them a couple of days before. Payment for the order was taken on on the 17th of April so less than three weeks from ordering to receiving. I'll change my rating to 3 stars and happily use discount apoquel again. Shame about the poor communications.
