I had a great experience with Discount Bandit! I ordered a JBL Xtreme 2 and got it in less than a week! And if you're wondering if it's fake it's not. It's the real deal for a real good deal! It seems like bigger stuff (like appliances etc.) is what people are having issues with delivery and such. You can feel confident buying smaller things from them and not have to wait weeks or even months for it to arrive. I hope this helped you.

Confusing and unorganized
Honestly, I have been so confused with all of these offers. They accepted a counter-offer and the email that Discount Bandit said that the items were being fulfilled by two different vendors. Well, I called the other vendor and they did not carry any of the items--not out of stock but just do not carry them unless purchased as a whole set. Buyer beware. Take the time and shop yourself.

We just received the piece today and it was in great condition. Compared to the two previous pieces that were delivered. I was hesitant to order another piece that was priced lower that then rest online but I took a chance with Discount Bandit and they came through. Not only were they the lowest price but they actually found a piece that was in tact. Thanks!

Good Price
Good Price, quick service, no product. It has been back ordered for months. I paid in full and it is still back ordered. I understand this is not Discount Bandits fault...because they don't actually have the product - they find it for you, and they did, but the product is quite popular and is back-ordered.

In most cases, the retailer gets the item from the manufacturer and that process appears to be slow in your case. We are so sorry for any inconvenience!

I used Discount Bandit to order my Frigidaire induction range. Item was delivered in 18 days & I saved close to $800. The entire transaction went smoothly & I couldn’t be happier. Will definitely order from this company again!!!!

Amazing service
Amazing service. While looking for a new armchair I realized that many stores seem to sell the same chair “made especially for ———.” So I looked online and found discount bandit who found me an amazing deal. All went perfectly and I paid nearly $100 less than the first price that I saw.

I got a great deal on a refrigerator…
I got a great deal on a refrigerator that was much cheaper than anyone else. If you read carefully, Discount Bandit says that one thing they don't do is expedite your product to you. If you want your product now, and good luck with that with the virus slowing things down, then don't order from Discount Bandit. If you're not in a hurry and want to save money then Discount Bandit is for you. Couldn't be happier so thank you a job well done.

I was skeptical but now I’m a believer!
I was skeptical because the price offered on Discount Bandit was so much less than anything else I found online, but sure enough I got my product on time and new in the box. I registered the serial number with the manufacturer and was almost expecting them to say it was invalid, but now I’m a believer!

Great deal on appliances
I saved hundreds off new high-end appliances for my kitchen renovation. Purchased a dishwasher, refrigerator and gas range, total $700 less than purchasing through big-box stores. They were all shipped and received within 3-4 weeks of ordering which was what was stated on their website. Definitely recommend using for big ticket items!

Good service
I ordered three products with them and two has been delivered after couple of weeks which I'm happy with timeframe , one is backordered, I would recommend them to anyone.

These guys are great! I was a bit leary given some of the reviews but everything worked as advertised and I got my stuff faster than I was expecting to. I'd use them again.

Not a good service...minimal effort to help get you a "steal of a deal"
I did not have a good experience in the end and very frustrated that "discount bandits" did nothing to help remedy the problem. Due to my experience, I will never utilize their services again to assist with getting me the deal they advertise. I'll give them credit that they disclose they may not find a retail location that will honor the deal so I was prepared for that. However, I was not notified that once "my deal is matched" if coukd be canceled 1 to 2 weeks later. The item I ordered was needed no later than the 28th of this month. I was notified yesterday that the order was canceled. I lost valuable time that I could have used to order from a reputable company on my own and have delivered in time to meet my need. I presume there are people that have had a good experience but not here. I contacted them to try to get a better understanding of what happened and why it was canceled. They did reply to say I canceled it, which I did not because I needed it. Their response was also that I contact the company they matched me with to discuss if I didn't cancel it. I was disappointed that even though I told them how desperate I was for my item, they didn't try doing anything to help me out. I didn't have the time to sit on phone for along wait time to try figuring it out. Seeing as they weren't willing to help, why should they get any fee for matching me if I had to do the work and they didn't even offer to rematch me. Therefore, going through discount bandit is a waste of time, especially if you need your item sooner than 30 days. I ended up finding my item on the internet for $40 cheaper but charged $50 for shipping. In the end it cost me $10 more, but at least the item is already in process of being shipped and I have a delivery date. Unfortunately, it won't get delivered until 3 days after my deadline but had I gone this route initially, I would have had it by my deadline. I will never use this site again, they do very minimal effort to try getting you a deal when you can order directly from a company but may need to take a little extra time to locate the best deal. For me it only took about 10 extra minutes to locate my own deal...definitely worth my time for guaranteed item and the right price.

we ordered a washer and dryer... it never came
we ordered a washer and dryer, the delivery day came and went and when we reached out to their dealer they informed us that the model we bought is not available and we will have to buy something else. No effort was made to give us a heads up. The reason we bought what we bought was in big part based on the knowledge that it was in stock and would be shipping immediately. It wasn't, and it didn't. Not a reliable company.

I will never buy another item through this company, we have waited for weeks already and they only say that they will let us know when the item is ready but it has been more than 3 weeks already. If you need your products delivery sooner this is not the best option

We make an effort to inform customers on our website (and direct communications) that shipping timeframes are ALWAYS long for large items (lighting, furniture, and appliances) and even longer now because of nationwide supply chain issues due to COVID-19. We're sorry again that this happened and that you had a poor experience.
