I ordered the bed on a Friday afternoon and I was delivered the following day Saturday ,,no run a round just a smooth process.

We bought a mirror clock, and when we got home to put it up, it has 3 damages on the mirror. When i called and emailed the customer care line, they said it is customer negligence and that they thoroughly checked the item before handing it over to us. WE WERE NEVER SHOWN THE MIRROR CLOCK FOR US TO CHECK IT AT THE PREMISES WHEN BUYING!!!! now they wont respond to my emails. Horrible customer service.

The pedestal purchased was 3 shades darker than the website picture.

Excessive charges for delivery with no option to pay at checkout. Charges a handling fee when cancelling orders despite not delivering the items

Service was excellent and delivery took place within a reasonable period. The guy who came to assemble the TV stand new what he was doing.

If a zero stars option was available, I would have selected that.

Pleasing and satisfying experience given by a sales Lady called Thandazo, super friendly and very much detailed orientated lady.. bought a couch at this wonderful store and my experience was totally blissful.. Such sales people make us want to always refer our family and friends... I'm a happy customer... Thank you so much for my beautiful couch but thanks a lot to Thandazo who made sure I was happy... definitely coming back and referring other people as well..

Order was not canceled as requested hence I'm still waiting for my refund

The worst!!! We bought Alvorada Wardrobe there. Please do not buy this wardrobe. A day after they came to assemble the wardrobe in our home, one mirror fell off while I was opening the door. The mirror chipped the wardrobe door and cut my bedroom rug open. We notified the store and they brought a mirror and now they are saying there is nothing they can do with the door. We have been going back and forth with this matter. The customer service we are receiving is ridiculous. I'm not sure if I will ever buy from this company.

Excellent from the start till the end. I order a sleeper couch online on Friday 26 August 2022. 5 minutes later I received a quotation via email and then a pay fast request to make the payment. Easy and fast. On 27 August 2022 Saturday morning at 8:30 I received an email to confirm my delivery. I even received a call from the delivery team to inform me that they close by. I was impressed with the quality of the sleeper couch, the friendly staff and great service that I received. Keep up the good work.

OMG! I ordered a flouting tv stand online, when they delivered it was smaller than my Tv, at My fault cause i didn't check the size of the stand. I called them, They were more than willing to exchanged it for me. I was really impressed.

After inquiring about stock a specific product before purchasing online, I was told you had it in stock and you can even deliver the same day if I make the payment immediately and pay for the delivery immediately as well. Did the payment, after waiting for the delivery that never came that day, finally it arrived the day after....incomplete. Turns out the item wasn't fully in stock and only half of it was delivered.....this was seven days ago.....still waiting for someone to phone me back to confirm when the rest of the item will be delivered. Not a great experience, certainly won't buy from you again..... And still....two weeks later and no feedback yet.....do yourself a favour and don't buy from this company.....the service is terrible !!

I paid R2399 for the chest of drawer assuming delivery price was included. After I've paid then you call me and say I need to pay R450 for delivery price. I felt misled and cheated out of my hard earned money. I will never purchase from you guys again.
