The chest of draws may be a beautiful design. However, as I had chosen to construct it myself at home, I expected all the panels to be marked. Only ONE out of over 22 panels were marked. And so what should have been a quick construct, took forever!

Item ordered and never delivered. Only communication I got was this request for a rating !

Update: after seeing this review I was contacted and the item delivered. Quality of the couch was as expected for a budget item. Delivery fee was rather high compared to other companies so check this when ordering. Increased rating to 3 stars

I received thee most excellent service from the staff members that attended to me at the factory. Really amazing experience.

The sales service was very good but the dispatch staff were exceptionally rude - Clinton raised his voice and his manner was absolutely unacceptable and made our entire experience unpleasant.

I did not choose the assembly option because I was told I would only get my chair in 3 days if someone assembles it for me. I was told it would be delivered same day if I didn't choose the assembly option. It was only delivered the next day. It didn't come with instructions so my husband and I played tetras guessing which screws go where to put the chair together.

Other than that, communication with Gugu was fairly okay. Delivery guy Thaphelo (I think) was friendly and helpful because he reminded me to check if all parts of the chair were in the box & waited for me to do so before he left.

Customer service/Sales consultant was terrible.

Not a pleasant experience. I got a call from the consultant dealing with my order and at 17h00 she dropped the phone in my ear because it was home time. I tried to call the switchboard number and received the same service the call was dropped.

Terrible experience. Customer facing and Customer service consultants needs to trained on how to deal and interact with Customers and that listening is a skill and they need to listen to the customers needs.

Had a problem with the couch I bought. Exchange was quick & efficient. Staff was very helpful.

I've put in my order a week ago and today when I followed up, they called me and it was delivered. The top of the chest of drawers had a chip out on the edge of the right hand side.

I have made payents towards my order but I have ot rceiced acknowledgement email ftom you. I have even phone to request for it a lady promised that she will send me that email. She has not so. I have since made another payment and have not received acknowledgement email. I just ne assurance that you are receiving my payments.
