Use the discount codes but don’t get sucked into the gift cards . Found it didn’t work and could not get support from Discount for teachers , terrible customer service and I note they have responded to this review to try and discredit my review rather than resolving the issue. Have had no support from them.

Excellent Customer Service
I couldn't access the app because of an issue with my work email. Sophie helped me to sort the problem out very quickly and it was no hassle at all.

Medical travel insurance
I had been looking for medical travel insurance. Some insurances wouldn't insure me, while others were very expensive. On your site I got travel insurance for half the price other insurers were asking.

Not as many discounts as I thought. The ones advertised are similar to the ones you could get from searching online. Only luxury items/deals, things that are outside of my payscale, are available and as a ta I dont access these.

Easy to obtain and use
Extremely easy to gain the Vision Express voucher and even easier to use in the store. I printed it off, but the store would have been happy to use it from my phone as they just needed the code. 30% off - just for taking a few minutes on the Discount for Teachers website.

I have been able to access discount codes for various clothing and shoe stores, and enjoyed a decent percentage off my orders. Some companies limit which products the codes can be used for which is frustrating sometimes. But overall, very helpful.

While the majority of our discounts are currently available online, we do offer some in-store deals, which are clearly marked on the offer page along with instructions on how to redeem them. We understand that not everyone shops online, and we're actively working to secure more in-store discounts to provide greater choice and value for our members.

Had a problem activating one of my gift…
Had a problem activating one of my gift cards when I needed it. Online ‘Runa’ ChatBot I was directed to was absolutely useless so ended up having paid for a gift card I then had no need for. Sophie at DFT customer support has been really helpful and prompt with replies - and I have now received a refund. Thank you
