While the majority of our discounts are currently available online, we do offer some in-store deals, which are clearly marked on the offer page along with instructions on how to redeem them. We understand that not everyone shops online, and we're actively working to secure more in-store discounts to provide greater choice and value for our members.

Had a problem activating one of my gift…
Had a problem activating one of my gift cards when I needed it. Online ‘Runa’ ChatBot I was directed to was absolutely useless so ended up having paid for a gift card I then had no need for. Sophie at DFT customer support has been really helpful and prompt with replies - and I have now received a refund. Thank you

Northern Rail discount
The Northern Rail discount code never ever works despite following the instructions to the letter. I emailed about this and haven't heard anything back. I commute every day and this 25% discount would make a difference during a cost of living crisis.

i dont want to have the card but all…
i dont want to have the card but all the discounts seem to only work with that. I would rather go back to how it was where you just got the discount through the website. i will put a date, but it this has happened to me on several occasions and then i havent gone on to use the 'discounts'

We’d like to clarify that the ode cashback card is not required to access the discounts available through the scheme. Once registered, members can access a wide range of discounts and offers directly through the platform.
The ode cashback card is an optional additional benefit that allows members to earn cashback when shopping with participating retailers.

I didn't believe the system actually worked
I didn't believe that the discounts actually worked.....until I tried it....and wow, I'm saving lots off money at many, many restaurants (including Bills) that I used to pay full price.

Unaffordable discounts
Though it is a good thing to provide discounts for teachers, I think the platform completely disregards the wages paid to the teachers. I am not in a position to buy any of the products here, even with the discount. Why not try some basic discount places like Home Bargains, Primark or B&M. These places I know for a fact is where the teachers at my school shop.
