A bit disappointed that my original booking had to be changed as well as the extra costs associated with a different hotel.
How do these things happen in the first place.

I have been a customer of Discover Queensland for 7 years now and always book my QLD trips through them. They are fantastic to deal with and I have complete faith that I am getting the best deal. My recent booking was with Tulane and she was brilliant in understanding the complexities of booking a family holiday when you have 3 boys with large age gaps. Started out as an enquiry and ended up booking holiday, can't ask for better than that.

I had emailed them and within 15 mins someone was on the phone to me and also had a quote for what i wanted within the same period.

Tulane did an awesome job.
She was so friendly and went beyond her job to help me out.

You are very lucky to have her as an employee!

Communication was really good and agent I spoke to was very polite and courteous. However when I got booking confirmation some inclusions were not indicated on the confirmation which were meant to be. I paid for the more expensive package five night deal which outlined more inclusions but the confirmation email only detailed the inclusions from the three night package. I emailed and text the company/ agent on the same day I booked/ received confirmation to check the five night inclusions were definitely on my package and received no reply. That was over a week ago now.

Tulane was very friendly, helpful, and efficient when booking me in for a Staycation! :)

The lady who took my booking couldn't be more helpful. She was so lovely and I completely enjoyed the whole experience.

My call was answered almost straight away, so no hanging on waiting for a long time.
The operator was very helpful & friendly. The whole process was very efficient and professional.

I have made the online enquire and the girl Molly helped me with booking, she took my credit details for deposit. After that she was disappear. As her promise she would amend the booking and the price for me as she quoted. Since then no one replied my email or phone call. It’s has been a week still not sorted out. I’m wonder it is a spam?
