They took £99.90 from my account instead of £9.90 and have given me every known excuse as why they cant refund me. Absolutely terrible. Stick to Netflix much easier to deal with. 14 phone calls made and no money has been refunded still nearly 7 months later i dont even use the subscription they still have my money. BE CAREFUL PLEASE!!!

I living in Czech Republic aka Czechia.movie and tv show content is good,specialy everything without anoying czech voice dubbing,but this is only one good part.Everytime i start app,always i see some stoopid error,i must playing with my network connection on my TV,next problem is subtitles.Subtitles many times in many cases stop working after i stop watching specific movie or tv show,after resume playing,nothing show up.no subtitles.Next anoying part this crap service is price.price for 4K dolby atmos+Vision is over 300Crone by month.is very expensive.next anoying part is resuming watching.everytime and everything is rewind back 5 minutes,in moment resume watching.Sound loudnes and volume:very low,i have Onkyo Home theather with dolby atmos sound,over this fack i have connected my 4K OLED Tv by Earc by HDMI cable,still i must raised volume.another service is very loud.Feedback:no one ask me,why is decided cancel my memebership,no one contact me about my feedback and no one offer me some discount or sonething.Here i see disney is dont care paying customer.

The worst streaming app possible. To pay for a service while still having ads and then to have any episode LAGGING and the subtitles to not work. Embarassing… not worth it

I now get Disneyplus free with Sky. So I canceled my subscription. Disney constantly tried to get me to start paying again even though I did not need to. Sharp practice. I ended up paying for an extra month that I should not have paid for.

Disney plus the only app on Samsung TV that has issues. Having to reset my TV then the hub and having to sign into every other app FFS literally takes the Mick!!

When it works
When it works, no issues. But when it stops working, it's a nightmare. Basically get told to turn it off and on again. About to unsubscribe because of weeks without access. Customer service is a chat that you have to login to... Same password that you are logged in with already? Nah.

I usually get Disney when my daughter stays with me at holidays and Christmas this Christmas I joined Disney on about the 22nd of December, my daughter went back to her mother's on the 2nd January

Last week while checking my bank statement I noticed Disney had taken payment for April and May when I checked they'd signed me up to a 6 month contract I hadn't watched anything on Disney after Badlands I didn't sign up for this I also tried to call them and they put the phone down on me
I don't earn much and im careful also it's quite clear that I only get Disney at certain time which run along with my daughters stays with me I wish I could use profanity on here I'm so angry but there's one thing I know that will come out of this I will not be e using Disney Plus ever again and I'll slap do my best to spread the word and it's quite clear by the ratings on here many people think the same

Sick of Disney+ I tried to skip an add and it’s just non responsive so I pressed it like twice and next thing I know I’m 10 mins into watching s1 e2. It skipped the first episode. I only noticed cos I paused it. What’s with the ads before everything anyway! you money grabbing bleeps, and use some of that money to get the platform up to Netflix standard with your annoying blue circle every 2 mins.

Absolutely awful customer service by people reading off a script and refusing to deviate or sort problems.
Because staff refuse to escalate while being unable to actually do anything, I am now going to have to go through my bank to cancel my subscription and to raise a dispute for them charging for services they cannot provide. It’s their loss because I was going to stay subscribed to them.
I contacted their HO to try and resolve twice and got ignored. I think that says a lot about how they view their customers. You are worth nothing more than a script!
Subscribe elsewhere if you want something like this.
Great when it works
The movies and rest of the content are great when it works. The problem is the when as unfortunately I have to unplug my television for 10 minutes before you can watch Disney, every time. When you click on the app it is just a black screen that does nothing and apparently it’s a big problem for a lot of people so I’ve found out. Don’t get this with any of the many other streaming services I have.

Disney+ platform isn’t the best it doesn’t have the range of movies and the ad on there are so long and there’s so many that I want to delete the app because how am I watching five minutes of a series and they’re giving me ad for so long

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience cancelling my Disney+ subscription.
After cancelling, I requested a refund for the remaining time left on my subscription, which I believe is only fair. However, this was refused purely because the card I originally paid with had expired.
This makes no sense to me. Cards expire all the time, and any modern service should have a way to return funds via an alternative method, whether that’s an updated card or another payment option. Instead, Disney+ refused to offer any solution at all.
Customer support was unhelpful and simply repeated policy rather than trying to resolve the issue or offer any flexibility.
For a company of this size, the lack of basic customer support and common-sense handling is very disappointing. I feel let down and won’t be subscribing again.

Here's the brutal truth: in the 1980s, we had four channels and a VCR that actually worked for us. I recorded what I wanted. I kept it forever. That meant something real.
Today? Most sport streams are deliberately unrecordable or unstorable. And many that ARE recordable? They vanish into thin air. My autistic son's wellbeing is suffering because of this chaotic system. I'm absolutely vexed—frustrated beyond measure.
If you're going to erase content, give people a real warning upfront. Is that honestly too much to ask?
