Unable to leave zero stars
Unable to leave zero stars. Fed up of having to login every week on the same device.
I have tried to login to another TV in the same household (I have two !) followed the instructions to allow the device only to be met with a blank screen.
I note the majority of reviews here are 1 star which itself is an indication at how poor the app is and how bad the Disney+ experience is. I cancelled my subscription as what is the point of paying for a service you cannot access. It feels like because Disney is so big it can treat customers to poor service.

Poor service more often than not
Poor service more often than not. Constantly loads after adverts for minutes at a time. I've subscribed for Disney plus almost since the beginning and originally it was a good streaming platform. A wealth of content relatively affordably, NO ADVERTS, which I can't stress enough.. I pay for streaming because I hate having unwanted interruptions while paying for a service. Now the only thing that seems to play uninterrupted is the Adverts. This has become intolerable and I will be cancelling my subscription. Disgusting greedy company with no respect for the people who pay their wages.
Lags, glitches, never watched one thing successfully
Really a complete rip off, if they don't fix the inability to stream anything successfully I will cancel. Am only keeping it as the family enjoy. Barely streams on a mobile phone or pad, don't even bother trying to watch through the TV apps. As a freebie with overpriced O2 bill, no wonder these two collaborate!
extreme lag
only good thing about it is the range of movies, which you can barely even watch anyways due to the extreme amount of lag that has been ongoing for years, and only seems to be getting worse despite the prices getting increasingly ridiculous. spends all of its energy doing a stupid opening screen that takes 5 minutes to load when u open the app, then no movies work. fix ur damn lag before u increase your prices.
Log in failing and unable to access sports
The log in page frequently gets stuck and I’m unable to log in, let alone watch the sports I have paid for. I just keep being told “good news, you have an account!”, yet so often I’m stuck on the password page. I can’t upgrade my account online as it says I can. Incredibly frustrating! The live chat just cycles back to a virtual chat. This is not good enough to watch live sport on.

I had reason to ring customer service…
I had reason to ring customer service on 2 occasions with tech issues with my account. I was very impressed with both the ladies I spoke to. They made a fiddly process very easy, and they talked me through the whole process, giving me all the time I needed to complete everything. Their training in IT and customer care must be brilliant because they were absolutely marvellous, friendly and helpful, efficient and professional. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Disney plus!

Constantly raising the price yet the service just gets worse and worse.
4K movies constantly crash when watching it through the Sky Q box which has forced us to watch them via our smart TV.
Now, every time we switch between the two app is forces us to 'Update Household' devices even though they are the exact same two apps we have always used and it being watched through the EXACT SAME living room TV.
Now, UNBELIEVABLY, It saying we have run out of Household Updates!
Absolutely ridiculous and I am cancelling my subscription!

I am so tired of the absolutely horrible UI. What kind of shiz for brains muppet designed this? So you're watching an episode of The Simpsons and you realise that you've seen this one quite recently, so you want to pick another. Well, the clowns who designed this app won't let you browse other Simpsons episodes even though that's the show you're already in. No. You have to do a search for The Simpsons and select it before you can get to a series/episodes list. And when you do a search and the results load in and you go to click on The Simpsons, the results screen changes at the last nanosecond so you've now clicked on an entirely different show. CHRIST!!!!!!

They mess up the stream and then you have to reload and get more adverts. I am cancelling this subscription and will never give Disney another penny in my life. So greedy they cannot even be bothered to have system which works.

I have cancelled my subscription and deleted my account and yet Disney plus have still taken money out of my account and I never authorised this . Also my card was compromised so not too sure how Disney can take monies from my account with this going on
100% price rise in less than 2 years!!
Another price rise! Really?!?! The Premium tier is now rising to £14.99/month, I have an invoice from November 2023 showing is was £7.99/month. How on earth can a 100% increase in less than 2 years be justified?
They are taking the subscribers for fools and just milking what they see as the cash cow. I will be cancelling immediately and I encourage others to think hard about doing the same.
