The Disney app on Apple 4K TV is dire. It suffers from frequent issues that take months to resolve. Currently it does not match frame rate or dynamic range, so no Dolby Vision. Customer support just give different stories: we’re working on it, to know nothing about it.

Too difficult to stay logged in at different household devices. Too frustrating always asking to scan qr codes, go to browser, do whatever step from a device “it” remembers and then sends you an email. If the email holder sleeps you can’t watch anything. As if they’re holding state secrets, for gods sake! Annoyed.

Appalling customer service, app never works, immature and unprofessional customer service who clearly don't know what they're doing. App constantly throwing errors every single day. This app is just unusable on laptop and TV. Silly customer service are rude and just can't be bothered.
It's terrible customer service like this is why piracy is making a comeback.

Terrible video quality on browsers and mediocre selection of shows and movies

Wouldn’t get it again. I was charged for two months and it would never play on my tv. It kept freezing regardless everything I tried.

Took me 2 hours to get a tv logged in last night, and 3 hours still can't get main Android tv connected. Software is crap

What a waste of time, Alien Earth is now suddenly not available in my region after watching it last week! The latest in a long line of problems with this channel that requires seemingly endless hours on the useless help website changing passwords and putting in birthdates, I'm not a sinister criminal, I'm just trying to watch tv!! We've now cancelled it, good riddance.

Last night I was stuck with permanent French subtitles that wouldn't go away no matter what. 40 minutes on the phone with useless technical 'help' from Disney+ and USELESS customer service representatives who were unable to process that a customer might actually have a complaint. I swear they were all dim AI simulations. Virtually everything about Disney+ is rubbish.

Utter rubbish. Alien earth is the worst thing I have had the misfortune of seeing. So bad it is almost comical. 🤣

Id give it zero if I could what a joke like watching 90 TV with all the stupid add/commercials got to hell Disney

The ads are too many and too often on the ads plan. Won't renew next time unless they drastically cut the ads to show ratio.

Worst streaming app out there, from a company that can do special effects day in day out on movies. Can't even get an app to work.
I will give it another couple of months to get it sorted or I cancel subscription.

Constant technical probs - can't watch anything without technical interruption. I cancelled on app and they still took subscription and I had to do it again online and take screen shots :/

Shockingly bad!

Slow and glitchy. The app on TV is barely usable. Takes an age to load, forever to search and when you finally fight through to start a programme, it is out of sync, glitches, fast forwards randomly, crashes out and retains the blue spinning circle in the middle of the screen for ages. Netflix and Amazon work just fine.

Be very careful as it appears their website it set to automatically select annual membership even after you select monthly. You have to select monthly on more than 2 occasions during sign up process. Be warned double check before continuing after entering you card details as during this stage it changes back to annual rather than monthly. Even when you approve transaction through your banking app it is asking for approval for £0 so you can't see what they are going to take out of your account.You have to call them to get your money back which takes 7-10 days as cancellation through the app cancels it next year! This practice is very dishonest and is in place to trick you into annual subscription.

Mixing Hulu, in with beautiful, wonderful Disney classics and the garbage they are making now and being peppered with the garbage from a Hulu, has really really taken Disney plus down, and we no longer subscribe

One of the worst streaming platforms out there.
So over convoluted and poorly managed, its a nightmare to create profiles and log in.
The home screen always shows the same shows/films regardless of the category.
Has anyone in the making of this software ever streamed before.

Never able to watch a single film/ program without a glitch/ pause and sound loss. Ridiculous. Doesn't happen on other platforms like Netflix. Won't be continuing subscription.
