So far so good!!!!!!

So far so good! I have a removal in record time. It was one week and creditors responded.Worth the money!!!!! Customer service is great, the videos are thorough it’s very organized!!!!!!!

Finally a CREDIT REPAIR site that helps

This site is amazing! Very simple to navigate through. All my questions were answered quickly through the customer service chat. The letters that DisbuteBee generated were very professional and accurate. What I could not do in a year to repair my credit, this site did in less than 30 days. Extremely happy with my new credit score.

Lee was very helpful! I ordered and paid for the subscription, then decided it wasn't for me. I used the on-site chatbot and left a message; then the next day received a reply telling me that my order would be refunded.

The software is super easy to maneuver and everything is explained so well I am super excited to go through the process and grow my credit score!

Waste of my god darn moneyyyyy

I avoided writing my own letter out of fear that it would be too basic and simply lack the proper terminology necessary to make a strong case. To my dismay, I just paid $25 for disputebee to write laconic letters consisting of about 6 sentences, most of which uses aggressive language. Not to mention, one letter demands a signed consumer contract, which, a quick trip down the credit rabbit hole will show is pretty easy to furnish. Requesting the purchase agreement, confirming that the current debt collector actually owns the debt, is more effective. Nonetheless, if THESE are the letters consumers are submitting, it seems I will A OKAY on my own.

After locating your account, it looks like you may have accidentally selected the wrong dispute reasons for your letters instead of using the default selected reasons which are automatically chosen for you. This is why you ended up with the letters you are seeing. We recommend that most users stick to the default selected dispute reasons since this will result in the best experience and the most accurate letters (plus it's the easiest option since it's automatically done for you!).

Nearly all of the letter templates found in our platform are much longer than 6 sentences, and they are all based on consumer protection laws such as the FCRA. Our templates cover many different types of accounts such as collections, charge offs, late payments, bankruptcies, inquiries, other derogatory accounts, and more.

We also have a full set of tutorial videos which will walk you through the platform from start to finish, and we highly recommend watching these videos. Our customer support team is always available to assist if you ever need help or have questions.
