I recently had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional customer service with Dispute Bee. Amidst a frustrating issue with a importing a client credit information, Dispute Bee's support team demonstrated professionalism, efficiency, and genuine concern for resolving my concern. What truly stood out was Lee's proactive approach to keeping me informed and offer suggestions on best practices.

I got inquiries removed and 2 collections.

Easy to navigate and understand and the documents are ready to be mailed and it is a great credit rebuilder.

Easy to use. Explains how to do everything, and offers easy templates to use!

I experience so far has been surprisingly, delighted with the user-friendly platform.

I like how organize they are and how they generate the letters after each response. So, the next step I’m waiting on is to respond to move on to the next step but other than that I’m please so far.

I have always monitored my credit report. And in the past I have tried to handle it myself because frankly I don't want to pay someone to help if I can do it myself. After reviewing DisputeBee with a few dollars a month (less than experian) seeing tutorials, easy steps to complete. I decided this was the software for me.

Easy set up breaks down every process and guides you through the disputing process generates the letters gives you address where to send them and gives you a time frame on when to check back I been looking for 609 letters for the longest thank you! Wish me luck!

It's pretty good, I would like to improve the communication with customer service. A live phone person would be great!

My credit score went from 500 to 782 the highest it’s ever been! Can’t thank DisputeBee enough 🙏 I’m so happy and thankful I’ve been able to secure 25k credit cards limits and endless low % rates for my new car loans. Saving me thousands - I feel free each month paying low payments because I have a low interest rate. Im able to pay more into my loans and this is reflecting on my credit as well. The program is super simple to use and after a few rounds of letters you’ll see things fall off. It’s amazing and some are persistent and I’m still working on some but only have 5 negative accounts left, out of 38 negative accounts. Seems like a lot but my credit was a mess before and now I’m understanding the ripple effect of just one late payment. And then an entire account closed out adds even more to those late payments now you have collections after that so my sitch was pretty messy.
All and all I will say the price for the program and then the add on with the credit report is worth it. I was able to see my score increase and I controlled how fast I wanted to get my score repaired. Total time I’ve spent using the program is about 9 months. I’m thankful now I can have the score I wanted after all the mess I’ve been through. Thank you DisputeBee

Very clear step by step instructions, great monthly subscription rate.

I use DisputeBee when sending dispute to the Credit Bureaus, which is very helpful for me, but I do wish it would change up sometime for the money we pay monthly. Please consider changing the disputes to the Bureaus. Thanks.
