Sent wrong pins, probably didn't even have the pins i ordered. 6+ months of trying to get a resolution. Do NOT buy anything from these people!!!!

Absolute scam. The product comes from China which is not indicated anywhere on their website. Their policy says 2 days for order processing and 6-9 for shipping. I’m on day 21 and the tracking hasn’t updated in days. I’ve emailed to no response. I’ll also have to pay a tariff if they ever do come because they never shared they were coming from China. Shady scam website.

Be carefull it's a scam

BEWARE! This company is a shady dropship company that does not fulfill orders. I have been in dispute with them for almost a month through PayPal because they keep providing misleading information that delays a resolution, but they refuse to communicate with me directly. I will give it a few more days before I escalate and file with a consumer protection agency. Trust me when I say it is not work the risk of doing business.

SCAM! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE! Word of caution, do not buy from here. I made the mistake of buying something from here and never received a tracking number which raised the first red flag. When I emailed support someone named “Dan” said he would get back to me then never replied. If you were a victim to this scam company file a report on the us gov site! We need to take this company down to prevent more from being scammed.

Don't trust distinct pins

This company advertises shipping to be completed between 1-2 days after ordering. As of writing this review it has been nearly a month after I had placed an order for a pin (January 29th, 2024) and it still has not shipped. I attempted to contact customer service but was given a canned reply from a "Dan" and have never heard any response after trying to reach out afterwards. Upon doing further research, I learned that many other people have had similar issues with their orders taking months to ship if at all. They also appear to be a dropship company that appears to be a front for a company based in China. As of right now I can only assume they have just stolen 15 dollars for an order they do not intend to fulfill. Do not trust this company.

No help from customer service
I ordered a pin for the first time from this site and it never arrived. About a month after it was scheduled to arrive, I contacted the company for a replacement or refund. I got a seemingly sincere email that they would attempt to contact the shipper and see what had happened with the package. A few MONTHS later, I emailed again, apologizing for my impatience but it was meant to be a gift and I would like to possibly have it for the next Christmas.
I got the same. reply. Copy-and-paste. I can't find anywhere to leave reviews on their site. It seems like the place is legitimate enough, but if something goes wrong with your order, you'll be getting no help from them.
