If I could give a zero star I would.
I ordered an item, woodworm treatment, it didn't work, when I tried to return it i had to pay return postage. I was asked to provide photos of the damage, couldn't see the damage it just didn't work. After many messages from this company i recieved this from them - "if you choose not to cooperate, we will not be able to assist.
Dreadful service cannot be addressed if you refuse to cooperate, thereby preventing us from assisting you due to your own actions
We do not require any further contact with you".
They trade on Amazon as Deabbacus.
Avoid this company at all costs.

Refused to reimburse me when one of my a products did not arrive.

Total scammers! Buy at your peril! The package was very poorly wrapped which led to one of the items inside perforating another item that leaked, and made a real mess everywhere during transportation.
I only received 1 third of my order, but was charged for the full order.
Customer service refused to engage or apologise!
Complete waste of time and a very expensive mistake on my part!

Absolutely scammers avoid at all cost

I ordered a 50-liter bag of topsoil for my mother, but only a 25-liter bag was delivered. Unfortunately, by the time she realized the quantity was wrong, the bag had already been opened.

I contacted the seller several times requesting that the missing amount be delivered or that the issue be resolved, but all my messages have been ignored. This is very disappointing customer service. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when ordering from this seller.

Wish I never bought off this company. Bought a spray mop and doesn't work. Trying to contact them and nothing .

BRUSHING SCAM - AVOID! Like many others received items I did not order.

Item was wrong colour (paint) - wouldn’t accept return without photo of package which I had to rip to get item out. Consequently I threw package out-why keep it!
Don’t deal with them!!

Just got ten boxes of matches from this company never ordered them no idea why they sent they were addressed to me no idea who to message to send back but there no good to me

Ordered 1Kg of wildflower seeds. Actual content 10g. Sand 715g. When you order 1Kg of seeds you expect to get 1 Kg of seeds. Can't now be sure there are any seeds in the box, as there's a disclaimer to say the seeds are small and may not be visible! Rip off.

Sent me wrong product.
Then telling me it was my fault.
Judging from other negative reviews, I'm not the only one.

As others before me, I have received cotton pads through Amazon Prime. I did not order this and have never ordered anything before from Diva gift. It’s a scam and Amazon should do something about this.

Received an unordered parcel of face wipes from this lot.
I know it's a scam as others have written. Worryingly it has an Amazon Prime next day sticker. Now I guess I'll have to keep an eye on bank statements carefully for a while.
Where's the law on this kind of company?

Never ever buy anything from Diva gift I bought a tub of wood filler and got a used empty tub they are nothing but a bunch of scammers.

Package arrived damaged dripping fluid all over the courier.
Returned but never replaced

Received a fake note from divagift in a fancy envelope with their branding all over it. THIS IS CALLED A BRUSHING SCAM.

Courier posted items to wrong address and posted proof of delivery (wrong house) but this company when they reply to my emails just refer to proof of postage and have done nothing else as far as I am aware. They are flouting the Consumer Rights Act 2015 so next port of call will be Trading Standards

Random Amazon next day delivery parcel received containing a bag of cotton wool pads, addressed to me but didn't order from this company. Highly suspicious !!!!

I ordered Rose Clear Ultra from Amazon. Rose Clear 3 in 1 action arrived. I have gone around in circles trying to get this replaced for the correct order. I have tried calling Divagift, no reply and voicemail full so cannot leave a message. I decided to send it back but have to pay postage. I note that others have had the same experience. I would not use this seller again and Amazon need to be more responsive to this issue. I have to give a star to write a review but not at all deserved.
