EDIT: so did get a refund but did threaten them with credit card complaint and Trading Standards so maybe that’s why!!

My experience was as described by others, I only received a delivery note but not the product I had ordered.
I have tried to contact them through Amazon but it just went round in circles.
Do not use the company.

As others have reported, I ordered an item from Amazon (six cans of silicone grease) and received a tracked plastic envelope containing a label/picking note. At first, I thought it was an error but seeing the other reviews, it is clearly a scam where the envelope tracking shows that an item has been delivered making proving that you haven't actually received your goods difficult but as orders are placed with Amazon with no indication where they are coming from, it might not be very easy to avoid this company.

[edit 2] Amazon don't seem interested in this company's questionable activities. I left a review on Amazon reflecting the experience above and Amazon sent me an e-mail saying that they had deleted it.

I phoned Amazon and the person I spoke to said that it would be investigated but as all the ongoing reviews show, it is still happening. I just don't understand how this continues but Amazon do nothing about it.

I would've given zero stars but didn't have the option....

An empty envelope was delivered with no product inside !!! That EMPTY envelope was tracked by Royal Mail !! I've contacted Amazon , so waiting on refund / response from Diva Gift Ltd....

Ordered an item with this company via amazon. Item never arrived. No further contact from the company with regards to reimbursing the cost of lost item, despite several attempts to contact them.

Ordered two chairs. Awful assembly instructions, damaged and scratched product. Parts don't connect together and company doesn't respond to emails.

Would have put no stars but that wasn’t an option, paid for something and received an empty package

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY…. I ordered a Road mountain bike which was in storage since October 2021 because house been renovated so sent to Halfords to be assembled because I haven’t got a clue how to set it up and was given a full report stating the bike is not fit for purpose and the welding on the frame is below standard and the brakes can’t be aligned so can’t work. Have told them twice and only standard response basically saying they will not refund as over 30 days which is against the consumer act 2015 and they still don’t want to know.
Please stay away !!!!!

Absolutely apalling company!
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! I ordered a Rattan Garden Furniture set, assured delivery before Easter, one small box arrived with the rest to follow after Easter!! I refused the delivery and cancelled the order. Its now 2 weeks later and they are refusing to tell DPD to return the other boxes so they keep trying to deliver, thankfully i have a ring doorbell to refuse delivery! They are now saying I need to receive the 3rd box and arrange for its return before they will refund me, I am starting a claim with my Credit Card company today! AVOID THIS SCAM COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!

Rubbish company, don’t trade with them.

Purcahsed a product from this company at high value. Promised a 24 hour delivery buit they never actually sent it till 4 days later. When it did turn up it was totally the wrong product. Now going throught the pain of getting my money back. Total rubbish firm. Should be banned from selling.

ordered through eBay the products are cheap fakes.They will not respond to me when asking for a refund for a product that does not work or genuine.

Absolutely awful company, Bought a mii 5 band this turned up quickly but was fake as I had an original one a few months ago , ie the packaging was all different as was the watch. Returned to seller only to be messed around with a refund last thing they offered was to keep the watch and 50% refund, id sent back within 30 mins of being delivered then they kept going on about proof of postage being sent, id sent it twice still waiting for refund. Decided to get amazon involved they refunded me and I did ask them to ban the company. I left a review on amazon as asked said basically this above but amazon would not post strange that one

Total waste of time. Ordered 2 rather expensive WHITE glitter sprays when they arrived one didn’t work and felt empty the other squirted out clear liquid. Not white at all and the tiniest hint of glitter. Expensive rubbish. When I told them of it they basically said tough because it said white on the spray can then they were in the right and that’s what they sent !!!! Avoid and buy from a reputable shop not cowboys

I warn you all, I used this company through ebay and they are awful. Item didn't arrive and they stopped responding, dragging PayPal dispute out until they force refund. Avoid them. I'm going through great lengths to ensure reviews are everywhere to ensure people are not ripped off

Bought a tarpaulin that was supposed to be waterproof. It leaks and is now ripped to pieces after a bit of wind. Product description does not match product as it is very poor quality and certainly not waterproof. Customer service is terrible- they are not interested. I won’t be using diva gift again.

Awful experience from start to end. Very cheap low quality items, bad returns policy, refused refund even after receiving item back so had to claim via PayPal. Avoid at all costs they’re awful
