I love this store
I love this store, if you’re looking for quality snd style this is the place to shop. I bought a beautiful leather sofa and love seat that was delivered as promised and by very professional deliver men who set up the furniture with care.
This lovely leather sofa and love seat also had masssge functions and one of the chairs lumbar stopped working. When I notified the owner of the store he sent a technician who fixed it right on the spot. Very pleased with their customer service.
An overall lovely experience. Highly recommend

Super solid and elegant
I love my new hall table. It's a lovely shade of pale whitewash. The timber is really solid and will last forever.
The table is the perfect size and the drawers are surprisingly large.

Product is as expected
Product is as expected, slightly uneven and wobbly legs that look cheaper than anticipated but main furniture and cushions happy with. Not great communication on delivery and no option to engage about accesss (steep drive) but fortunately had nice delivery driver who went beyond (we helped him).

First time ordering and customer service was fantastic
First time ordering from Divano and honestly 10/10 for customer service.
I ordered the Marty console table and I’m so happy with it and shipping was really quick and affordable.
Other companies were charging double the price for shipping on the same product.
They updated me and were very prompt with replies which is what made me feel reassured.
I will definitely be ordering more from this company in the future without hesitation.

Website good, item ok, something wrong with admin
Website good, service good, item came quickly. The screen is ok - it is a nice screen, but badly painted, with pretty clumsy deliberarte 'scratching' to make the paint look 'vintage', and dirty marks all over it. Unfortunately, for some reason my credit card was charged a whole month later - when I'd already forgotten about it - which really stuffed up my budget. Something wrong in the admin department that gave me a nasty surprise
