The furniture is value for money
The furniture is value for money. I had a small hiccup with delivery, when I contacted them about this they answered promptly and kept me informed the whole way.
Easy to write a review when things go smoothly but when there’s a problem that’s when you know the company is either good or bad!
Divano were excellent! Highly recommend!

Poor marketing and response
I purchased a product online only to have the full amount refunded because they said it was out of stock
I asked the question many times as to if they would be getting any additional stock in and no response. The item was then still advertised as being available and at a reduced rate????????? go figure

Lack of communication
Lack of communication. No one ever answers the phone or returns phonecall. I am still waiting for a call back 5 days later now and also sent an email, which has still yet to be responded.

Great service
Great service, gentleman helped take it in the house too as the packages were huge and awkward. He was very kind , bed is great quality, dosent make noise when I get on and off it, or move around, very solid bed, looks great in my room also, very easy to put together too

Never got to see the product. Unless you live on the ground floor it won't be delivered to your door.
I've never encountered such a lazy delivery company.
I'm eighty years old and used to work in transport .

As discussed, the courier did attend your property, but unfortunately, due to the staircase and door size, they assessed that it was not safe enough to complete the delivery inside the property.

I found one product on the website and placed order. They simply cancelled the it. I placed order on 22nd July 2025.
Today is 27th July 2025 and I have not received the refund yet.

The table is of good quality. The timber is of good quality with no defects. The paint finish is smooth. The drawers open and close with ease. This item will be a part of my home furnishings for many years to come.
