Very happy with all the modules
Very happy with all the modules.
I had some hiccups with two modules and contacted the development team. They were very responsive and resolved the issue straight away. All modules are fantastic and they help me create amazing layouts for my websites. I'm very happy with it. My investment in a lifetime license was a great choice.

Horrible - avoid at all costs.
I purchased WooEssential from Divi Next. From the beginning, this is the most buggy extension of Divi I've ever purchased. On three issues I went back and forth with support over 10+ days each. One was fixed finally. The second they blamed on WooCommerce, even though WooCommerce was working the way it was supposed to. For the third, the fix they provided broke the spacing on the modules.
I asked for a refund and they refused. I will never purchase a plugin from them again, and I advise others to avoid Divi Next as well.

Having worked within the IT and website sectors for over 30 years, I was becoming dispondant at the poor levels of support and service from many suppliers.Then from the darknness a powerfull light hits me in the form of a company called DIVI Next who provide WP/DIVI plugins. I had an issue with one of their plugins, mainly because I had not read their very comprehensive instructions, but their Chat Line proved bloody amazing! They spent hours with me over a weekend and sent CSS code etc. I love this new supplier and will continue to use them
