I wish I never used Thrive themes. I've had them for 5ish years. I hate everything this platform does. They're bloated with plugins no one wants or utilizes. They've doubled their price from when I originally started with them. They haven't updated the layouts of review boxes, pricing structures or blurbs in years. Templates are ugly.

They also have a bug company wide currently that is rendering my license with them unusable. Customer service made me make them an admin account in my WordPress which is incredibly dangerous security wise just so they can install a workaround while they wait to public ally release their patch. I will never ever renew my license with them again.

I have been in the web design industry for over 25 years. I have used all the tools Divi, Bricks, Breakdance, Beaver Builder, Elementor. Nothing has ever been better than Thrive Themes. I have been using it for my client websites for over 10 years now. The support the team provides is not short of exceptional.

If you ever have any doubts about which tool is best, I recommend Thrive Themes and their suite of products. It is easy to use and learn but also a powerful CMS on top of WordPress. It is constantly updated and supported. It is the GOAT!

The customer service they offered was attentive and they took the steps to resolve the problems I was having.

As a business owner, I’m always looking for the best products to help grow my business. I’m delighted that I found Thrive Themes— I’m using the quiz builder. It’s great! Other quiz products had limits on the number of participants before bumping up the price, making them very expensive. Thrive’s price is very affordable and includes unlimited participants. Customer service is outstanding. I formatted a section of the quiz incorrectly and the support team didn’t just tell me what the mistake was— they went in and corrected it for me, saving me time. I’m very impressed and will be a lifelong customer. I wish all the companies I interface with were this helpful. I’d give more than five stars if I could.

I had an issue on a holiday weekend. As soon as Thrive opened that Monday (Sunday night for me), they got to work and fixed the issue. I'll 10/10 keep recommending them.

I recently contacted Thrive Themes support about a technical issue involving Thrive Apprentice and XML sitemaps.

It took a bit of investigation, but the support team stayed with the issue, asked for the right checks, and explained things clearly enough for me to follow even though I’m not a software engineer.

What I appreciated most was that they didn’t rush to a quick answer. They reviewed the results, clarified what was actually happening, and then resolved the issue directly without affecting my live course.

Thrive Themes Support is great! I had a very specific issue inside the Thrive Architect page editor, and I reached out to Thrive for their expertise in resolving the issue. Horea, one of the team members on their Technical Support team, took personal time to investigate the issue, troubleshoot it, and fully resolve it in less than 48 hours. (It was a complicated issue, so that timing was surprisingly fast.). I was genuinely thrilled with the outcome.

Belen was so responsive and helpful and clearly explained everything I needed to do on my end. Our issue was a little strange and Belen did so much to figure out what was going on and provide a solution.

Alyssa went out of her way to help me with a challenging issue. Her replies were fast, very friendly, and helpful. Thank you so much!

Had a tricky mobile scrolling issue on my site that turned out to be a CSS conflict specific to my setup. The support team tested thoroughly, traced it to negative margins on the footer, and explained clearly what was happening and how to fix it. Quick turnaround and genuinely helpful throughout. The theme itself has been solid and flexible to build with. Highly recommend.

Lately i submitted 2 different support requests to Thrive Themes on one day. I was thrilled to receive an answer and perfect solution to my hurdles within a few hours.

We had a very specific Thrive Architect issue that was difficult to diagnose. The support team investigated thoroughly, identified the root cause, provided a clear explanation, and implemented a working solution. Communication was professional, detailed, and helpful throughout the entire process.

This theme is cumbersome. While I like the look of my site, this theme slows down everything. I bought it so I could run my courses on my own website, but the payment process is so convoluted, it was unusable. Support is awful. It takes days to get anything resolved. They crashed my site with their changes last week and gave me an error message that I had to pay. I did it didn't solve the issue, which I solved myself the next day. Today they charged me again.
Update: Thrive refunded the duplicate charge with a heartfelt apology.

I’ve been a subscriber of thrive for 6 or 7 years. 2 years ago, I stopped my subscription, and I checked carefully the conditions : they promised that I could always access to my website and use it, only losing access to support and new softwares (which was fair).

But now suddenly 2 years later everything is blocked in my own website. They ask me to pay 599 dollars yearly to unlock my own content, access or edit any page.

What a joke, and what a way to thank someone who spent more 2000 dollars in your products in the past !!!

You should avoid this company and their products by any means if you don’t want them to block everything you built during years using their software.

They used to be great, now they are the worst (I’m pretty sure that it’s not even legal to retroactively change the rules like this to force people to buy again a product they already decided to quit because they don’t use it much).

Your team's response was almost immediate, which quite frankly surprised me. You don't get that a lot in tech support these days. The message was coherent, right on, and resolved my challenge very quickly.

I really appreciate their quick and thorough responses, their helpfulness, it's a pleasure working with Thrive support team.

I needed to contact Thrive support regarding a payment issue. All my questions were answered very quickly and courteously. I feel very well looked after—quite apart from the fact that the Thrive Suite is an excellent toolbox for WordPress. Thanks for the good service.
