Chris Denney in customer service was amazing. He was so helpful assisting me in choosing what product to buy. He helped me ship to Malta, as on your website you only ship to the UK but I recently moved. Great experience buying from Diving Direct. I called them on two occasions, and they invested time in talking me through the various options and educating me as a newbie. Goods arrived promptly and I am delighted with their recommendations.

Great customer service
Ordered a product online and when it arrived it was damaged out of the packaging. Chris was straight onto the supplier and sorted a new one out for me. Would highly recommend.

Availability of product - good price and quick delivery. Only odd thing is that wheel colour of TUSA Travel Roller Bag (Large) wasn't blue, as shown on the website, but black instead. Not a major problem. Would use again and recommend.
