This company was very efficient from first contacting to arrange my car repair, they gave time slots to pick up and return my car and kept me informed at every stage, very professional

They turned up when they said they would and did supply a hire car. However, the system that is supposed to keep the client updated did not give me any information at all. When I rang up to enquire about how long the repair would take they could not tell me, not even an approximation. The repair took 2 weeks to complete which was essentially a paint job as no parts were needed. The repair was done to a good standard, however, they didn’t mask the wheel arch properly so paint is evident which makes it obvious a repair has been done.

4weeks to replace a lost key, didn’t keep us up to date with any information,had to keep ringing them to find out what was happening

Had to chase them up a few times, took a week to send receipt, and still awaiting repair report. Friendly polite staff and excellent repair, although QC a bit off.

Apart from waiting 6 months for parts to be delivered, which is not your fault, I know, the repair has been well carried out, with the car being restored to almost new condition.

An excellent service.
They gave us an estimate when the car would be ready and it was as estimated. The car was picked up on time and dropped off on time. If we had any questions, they answered them effectively and the staff were friendly and helpful. The work on the car was immaculate.

It was a farce from day 1 starting from having to wait over 4 hours after the time given to collect the vehicle and no means of contacting anyone. Any time we tried to get updates someone would call back but rarely did. You had the vehicle 5 weeks and when it was returned the repair was missing a part and we had to sort the ill fitting windscreen. Someone was calling back again re the missing part but as usual we are still waiting. We had to have our mechanic sort out the collision sensor as you said you couldn’t get it to work. You couldn’t get it to work because your mechanic had forced the connection in the wrong way and broken it trying to get it to fit properly. You just seem to concentrate on asking stupid security questions about myself each time I call. Do you thing loads of people are pretending to be me to ask about the repair status of a Vito??. You are always polite when we do call but inefficient service
