Everyone was helpful, clearly explaining what was happening currently and what to expect next, with an indication of expected timelines. The online tool made it easy to keep track of the status of the repair and when completion was expected.

My car was collected from home and after that I was informed frequently on the progress of repairs also I got my car back 6 days earlier than the initial time given to me. The car was returned in a nice clean condition basically as good as new. Therefore I am completely satisfied with the repair and the service you suppled. Well done to everybody.

Kept me well informed with timings for pick-up/drop-off, and progress of the repair, which was to the highest quality

Minor rear collision that damaged my bumper and activated all the collision features on my car, They repaired the bumper, headrests and seatbelt, however the Collision warning that came on as a result of the collision was not reset as they said "its the front sensor and you were hit from behind so we cannot fix it", In addition to this when I got in the car to drive it the handle for the parking brake had been broken off and left in the cup holder with no explanation. REally poor service

The full repair from start to finish went very smoothly, car picked up on day specified and was kept up to date with repair progression and car delivered back to house all cleaned as well.

Quality of work was very good.
However the delays, 5 weeks, were very frustrating.
Being advised every 2/3 days that the work is delayed yet again is frustrating. Better being told a realistic time frame at the beginning.

Took about 6 weeks to complete a relatively small repair. Sometimes pro.ised to call but did not. Standard of repair was excellent.

Very professional service

Both drivers telephoned with a 30 minute warning of their arrival both to remove the car and return and both were courteous and pleasant. There were text updates on the progress of the car and the expected completion date.
