Had my car repaired promptly and to a very high standard.
I was kept informed on the progress throughout. The delivery driver was very professional, polite and reassuring.

Slow collecting my car, it took nearly 4 weeks between the date of my accident to my car being collected and they weren't able to provide me with a courtesy car until my car was collected, nor were they able to collect my car and store it on site in order to facilitate me with a courtesy car. They suggested that my car was driveable so I should continue to use it, however I was not comfortable driving my kids to and from nursery in a car that had been in an accident and not repaired. Once the car was in the garage, communication was frequent and I was kept updated through out the repair process. The courtesy car had a slow puncture and I had to put air in it every time I used it. I had no choice but to use DLG due to my car insurance policy, but I would have preferred to have used a more local garage.

Great communication, repair is great. Only gripe is the car wash. Excess wax not rubbed in on the front of my car and there’s a large dark patch on my offside rear door - not sure what it is, won’t rub out but I’m hoping it will come off at next wash. Other than that, really happy. Thank you.

Kept us informed and collected and returned the car in the time allocated.

My Velar went in for storm damage repairs,all the bodywork repairs where excellent,but DLG had to hand over car to a agent for special work to roof blind,this company caused a lot of damage to my car which was addressed by DLG who sorted it all out without any fuss or payment,Lee the production manager was excellent dealing with the issue and was more than happy to make sure that I was fully happy with the outcome

Once DLG finally retrieved the car they were very clear on how long the car would take to repair. They kept me informed every step of the way and crucially did a beautiful job.

Start to finish great communication.

It took 3 attempts to get a satisfactory outcome to my repairs.I refused delivery on 2 occasions as not happy with work done.On first occasion returned to me without being checked over by anyone, sent back straight away. I then spoke to Lee Haslem production manager with my issues and he promised to check it himself next unfortunately this didn't happen as had to refuse delivery a second time. On third occasion everything fine.In conclusion if they could have managed final job at first time of asking them review would be better.

The garage did what they were supposed to and kept me informed regarding the repairs. My only concern is that for continuity there should be a single point of contact.
