The whole process from collection to me picking up my car was excellent. I really appreciate the text updates through the process, and the phone call to outline the required repairs and anticipated completion date. All the staff were very friendly, and helpful- especially being able to leave the hire car in their safe hands for the hire company to collect. Thank you very much!
