DLG Auto Services repaired my car after an accident I was involved in. They came and picked up my car exactly when they said they would without any hassle. I was provided a courtesy car and it was immaculate and a lovely car. I had to phone them and ask them to make mine a rush job if possible as I my own car was due for an MOT and I was then leaving for Scotland. DLG Auto Services really could not have been more helpful. The girls on the phones were lovely and very polite and helpful and although they had to wait for parts, they were really quick and I had my vehicle back in double quick time so thank you DLG Auto Services

Absolute professionals. The attention to detail on getting everything back to the condition before the accident was amazing. Proper old school workmanship and high standards. Great communication and lovely people.

Shocking communication . Not professional. Told me my car would take between 4-6 weeks to be fixed. They don't care .
Put a complaint in still jut bothered. Ombudsman next

Having had several poor experiences of mainstream body shops in the past, I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service from DLG. Communication was excellent, they phoned back when they said they would, and everybody was polite and friendly. My car was repaired to "like new" status (you cannot tell it's been repainted), and the courtesy car was new with low mileage.

Following an accident in my car, it was sent off to DLG Auto services (via my insurance) to complete the repairs. When i received my car back, it was apparent that the bodywork repairs had not been complete to a good enough standard and none of the body work was realigned properly. This lead to my boot not being water tight, and a battery in my boot being covered in water following rain, causing all the electrics in my car to malfunction.
I contacted the garage who then collected the car and took it off again for 2 weeks. When i got my car back after this, there was still issues with the body work and not all the electrical faults had been fixed!
The car will now need to go back in for a third time. Lazy workman ship!

Having just dealt with dlg auto services ,i cant praise them enough.after someone damaged my car,it was collected on a thursday.damage assessed on the friday.kept in touch all the time.and my car returned within a week.excellent service.thank you

Absolutely fantastic service. I was kept up to to date throughout the entire process via a link to track my vehicle and a unique code.The car was returned back to me fully valeted within one week. I also received a follow up call the next to ensure I was happy with the service received and the completed work. The work on the vehicle was done very well and looked like it was never there to begin with. Highly recommended. 5* service and not a star less. Many thanks to the entire team for your hard work and effort :)

Outstanding service! They collected our car from home whilst leaving us a courtesy car at the same time. Therefore was substantial damage to repair on our vehicle but as soon as they assessed the damage and work needed they very promptly telephoned us to let us know an approximate time frame for the work needed, after only 10 days our car was back with us again and they even obliged us by dropping it off at the garden centre where we were having coffee at the time! The car looks like new, they have done a spectacular job on it and everyone was so helpful and obliging which is unusual for a garage. No hesitation we would use them again if necessary, can't praise and thank them enough.
Excellent service, very efficient and well organised. Everything was on time as stated.
Time it took to repair car and valet of car afterwards not very good.

Car collected, repaired and returned quickly, however vehicle had to be returned for work to be done that should have been done the first time.
