First class service from a very efficient supplier

Our car was taken in for repair after being rendered undrivable after an accident. At every stage the service and communication were professional. We were treated well, and the garage was proactive in informing us of what stage the work was at so that we could plan ahead.

My partner is the insured and driver of the vehicle and we were both very pleased with the repairs to the car.

I was very pleased with the repair quality and customer service that I received.

The communication for collecting and returning the vehicle was very efficient. The process for checking on the progress of the repair was very easy. The repair quality could not be faulted.

The turnaround time between collecting my vehicle, repairing it, and handing it over was incredible. I would have appreciated the assessor or bodyshop manager handing the car over to me and explaining the repair, instead of the parts guy driving the car out to me, who knew nothing about the repair.
