Absolutely love my prints. Didn’t take long to arrive even though I changed my mind in the size after ordering

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE I purchased 2 prints from this site and did not receive them. No contact number and email not valid to enquire where my order was or ask for a refund.

Returned my item by next day priority tracked, item shown as recieved over 2 weeks ago. Emailed to ask did Dluxe prints receive my return, no reply a week later. Try to email again 3 times and my email bounces back and says email does not exist despite me getting the email off the website.

Prints are beautiful, great quality and arrived before expected

I ordered two prints from D'Lux Prints at the end of October 2024 which never arrived. I contacted them on 09 and 10 November by email and got a response on 10 November, saying they would look into it and revert. I heard nothing further from them. I emailed again on 17 and 26/11, the final one asking for a full refund. Nothing!
I would not do business with this company!

We ordered a couple of prints more than a month back, at first we recieved no tracking, we sent an email that they did not respond to, messeged them on Facebook and they said that they were going to print the posters again and send them, this time we recieved a tracking link with royalmail but they never received a package to deliver, and since then they are not responding and scammed us on almost 100€

Ordered some prints which were good quality but the colour was slightly different to the picture online so sent them back tracked postage (which cost me £9) emailed them with the receipt of postage. They would have received the prints back on 7/10. I emailed them 3 weeks later to chase up but still no response or refund and it’s now 5 and a half weeks since they would have received the print back. Terrible customer service.

I have ordered twice and have not received any of the purchased items unfortunately. Have written a complaint but have not received a reply.

Items are not the size on site. Requested a refund immediately and no response.

Beautiful print .my daughter loves it . Packaging was second to none. Excellent company .would highly recommend

Prints are amazing quality and fit perfectly to the frames I had in the same size - other companies advertise certain sizes but are not accurate.

The order was dispatched late. Which wasn’t a significant issue. But then it arrived short of one item. Still in the process to organise the missing part to be sent over.

Beautiful print. Had to contact D'Luxe prints, and had great communication very helpful. Beautiful packaging.

3rd time from ordering now! Amazing quality and the cute details of packaging really go a long way! I will only order my prints from here now!
