Ordered 2 personalised mugs before Christmas. Received order number after payment. No order received. Emailed the company on the 1st February asking for a refund and received no reply.

Had a small issue with the print. This has now been resolved and refund received. Thank you.

After reading these reviews I was a little sceptical on ordering. However, I ordered anyway and recieved high quality prints. They are exactly as advertised. The delivery time and delivery correspondence was on point too. I am a happy and satisfied customer who will be ordering again.

Absolutely beautiful quality prints.

I’m so happy with how they look in my kitchen. They sent two different colour prints at no extra cost to make sure I liked the beige that I had asked for. I will definitely Be recommending to friends and family and will be ordering again soon.

Ordered pictures 2 days ago , and being delivered today , fastest delivery ever , customer service was exceptional

Received prints, weren’t what I expected and different to online look, retuned them within the guidance time got postal receipt and returned. Now being blanked when asking for my refund 2 weeks after sending them back, claiming they haven’t received it. So my advice is, they don’t look like they are online and they will claim they haven’t received it back so they don’t send your money back!!

If I could give zero stars I would! This company is a complete joke! I placed an order in July & absolutely no sign of it! When I track the order it says it hasn’t been shipped yet! I have emailed them numerous times with no response, can’t get any answers as to what’s going on??
Hugely disappointed with my experience with this company and their level of customer service! Will not be ordering from them ever again!

MEGA dårlig oplevelse, har bestilt varer jeg aldrig har modtaget.
Har skrevet til dem flere gange uden held, det er auto svar fra en robot, der sker ingenting, totalt useriøst.
Kan kun sige at man skal holde sig langt væk. Havde glædet mig til at modtage billeder

I ordered beginning of July and I have received no product and there is no answer from them after many emails. I have escalated to PayPal. Customer service does not exist.

This is a scam. Ordered prints on 19th July and still haven’t been delivered. Can’t get any response from them despite several emails and messaging on social media. Avoid this company as it looks like a complete scam! Order number 45447

I ordered a print over a month ago. The customer promise is within a week. I have emailed the company several times for an update with no reply. There is no phone number to call.

Seems like a scam.

I ordered trio set of pictures and the quality of them is amazing, I love them !
Packaged for post is really nice too and well packaged so they arrived perfect couldnt thank you enough

Fast delivery . Great print and good value would definitely purchase from D' Luxe prints again .

The prints were fine - received, packaged well, as expected.
However - the customer service is non-existent. I ordered A4 prints, returned them with no issue and re-ordered in A1 due to getting the order wrong myself. I contacted them SO many times in regards to my refund for my original order. Not one response from them. Finally after three months of waiting I contacted Paypal and got my money refunded instantly.
You need to improve on your customer service!!

Prints arrived on time but poor quality and colours not as advertised.
Returned within guide lines ,seller confirmed receipt but said was having issues with refunding and to contact PayPal.
Had to raise a case with paypal it will be over 30 days since I made the return before I will get a refund.

Really great prints and good value compared to the market.

I ordered my prints on the 13th March it’s been 2 weeks tomorrow and I still haven’t received the prints or had any correspondence from the company regarding dispatch. Originally said it would take a couple of days for “tracked postage” but I still haven’t received my order and I’m beginning to lose hope. Wasn’t cheap either so not best pleased.

10 days later and still not even dispatched the prints. Only received an email to say it was because the internet was down and would be sent by yesterday with 24 hour delivery. Prints still not even dispatched. Would not recommend. Still waiting to see if they even turn up.

I thought the same as you… such a low rating but the prints look so good?

Reluctantly, I went ahead and ordered. I’m so glad I did. I was explained that there had been a death in the family of who runs the business. Honestly, I could empathise and when that happens you wouldn’t care about your customers or your business (you wouldn’t either and that’s NORMAL).

The prints came perfect (see pictures), and the quality of the paper I would feel!

Lastly, very reasonable priced.

Do go ahead and order, 99% sure you won’t be disappointed!
