I’m not sure where to start with this review as the whole experience was perfect from start to finish! Massive thanks to Peter, Emma,Victoria and Ann for all the help with selling my house. If you are selling a house I highly recommend this company! Great company, great service and great people! Would definitely use them again!

The Team at DM&Co have been wonderful from Start to Finish, assisting us with the whole process of selling! From our initial meeting with Ann Wood and Kathy Griffiths, their advice on marketing was sound. Further advice resulted in our appointment of excellent conveyancing solicitors and surveyors. The marketing has been exceptional, including photographs and drone shots of the property by Ariella, and an amazing video by Rav Hayer which was advertised nationally! The help & advice on buying from Matthew was great.

We were really pleased with the service received from DM&Co. We received good advice on the market and pricing at the start, our key contacts (Matt & Sophie) were good communicators and quick to respond to queries, and everyone else we spoke to at DM&Co. was also knowledgeable and professional. We were pleased with our choice of estate agent and are very happy to recommend to others.

I could not fault the service provided by Ann, at DM & Co, estate agents for the Sellers, when purchasing my house. Ann was always at the end of a phone, even on her days off, and continually "turned the handle" to keep up momentum and ensured everyone in the chain was informed and updated real-time. Regardless of me not being "her client", Ann provided a faultless service to me, and all parties in the chain, and at all times conducted herself with professionalism, warmth and good humour, whilst consistently going above and beyond. To the extent that Ann is working at DM & Co when I sell a property in the future I would engage them without hesitation.

Wonderful agency. The agent, Evie, helped us with viewing on Saturday. We came to Solihull for a weekend to walk around and see the city. For some reason, I opened a rental app out of curiosity to see what was available around. And there was one apartment close by. We took a walk and liked it. I gave a shot to call if, by any chance, we could do a viewing, and Evie was there.
We liked the apartment from the first view and closed the deal within a week with the help of Chiara. They were both always ready to help and answer all questions over the phone and email.
