I can't be anymore grateful for this Dm&co and the people inside it. When no one else would give me a chance this company did and with no regrets one year on. Initially my dealings were with evie and chiara who went above and beyond. Steph is also incredible fast communication, reliable, friendly and gets her job done.

When DM and Co Homes Solihull took over from a reputed real estate agents it was quite refreshing to see that their professional approach while conducting regular inspections (more consistent, timely and precise) always ending up with "solutions to how to perform" rather than just comments. Special mention to Steph Payne and Laura who were quite outstanding inspectors and landlords should be convinced that they have made the right choice with DM and Co.

Amazing service
We bought a property of DM and co. They service was really good from start of buying the property till the finish.
The team was consistent, communicated very well and helped us at each step of the process.

Professional & efficient
Professional, efficient and friendly service received from the moment I contacted DM re the letting of our property. I dealt with Gabrielle, Evie and Chiara, all of whom were diligent in their approach and very communicative. Successful let was achieved quickly, meaning that we only had 10 void days from the end of our previous tenancy to the new one starting! Would definitely recommend DM.

Quick sale resulting from knowledgeable and helpful estate agents
The valuation of my property was appropriate, so there was no feedback from viewers about the price being too high. Once the sale was agreed and the buyer was being difficult, Ann Wood, at DM & Co was able to assist and get the buyer to cooperate to ensure the sale went through smoothly.

From the outset DM & Co were professional and friendly. Anne is a great ambassador for the brand; ensuring swift contact and communication with both selling and buying.
We had a WhatsApp group set up by Anne ensuring both my husband and I were kept in the loop every step of the way.
I’m the latter stages of out sale and completion we also loaded with Victoria. We again received exactly the same professional and friendly approach and felt confident and reassured through the process.
I would highly recommend DM & Co to all my friends and family.

Best Agency in Solihull
Ann, Victoria and Emma were extremely helpful throughout the process, we couldn’t thank them enough for all their hard work in getting our property sold and looking for our onward move. I’ve been using DM & Co for a couple of years now and the girls there are brilliant. Special mention to Steph Payne who was extremely helpful in providing me with information I required and did so very promptly - thank you Steph !
