DNA did replace my 5 seeds. Didn't get an email or any correspondence but did have 5 new seeds in my box today. I will see how these 5 do and write a review.

I placed order. Card was charged and no confirmation email no receipt and no response when I try to contact them. It's been over a week.

I ordered seeds, it took a while for an email to be sent confirming shipping. The date for delivery came, a notice was sent from apparently the USPS saying they were unable to access the delivery location and that it will be redelivered the next day, it has been three days since and nothing. I contacted both USPS and DNA Genetics, no response from DNA Genetics and USPS says they have launched an investigation. Access to my property can only be inhibited by it being a crime scene, and it hasn't.

Yeah dont puchase there 20 % germinated, been growing for ten years, never have i ever had such a bad batch, ontop of it they dont seem to be customer friendly, no discount no refund no NOTHING. that comes ontop of a high pricing!

Bought double stuffed sorbet to try as my first trial with DNA genetics after years of getting seeds from AMS. Thought I'd support American business and save on delivery time. First grow popped 6 seeds picked the one I liked the most and cloned it. Did ok but think I got lucky. My current grow i popped 6 but liked the look of 4 so rolled with them. Ultimately 2 looked like the previous grow but the other two were in no way close. 2ft taller indoors (or of room and have to chop them down) and the leaves and stems are completely different. And the icing on the cake...3 have hermied. 4th probably will. Don't want to hear that the conditions were off as I use a vpd meter, commercial dehumidifier, humidifier, air conditioner, and plenty of low speed ac infinity fans for circulation. Growning in a sealed 8x8 room in my basement with supplemental co2. Need to stop with the over breeding. Back to AMS for me.

As an update. I tried to review them on their site with the same review. They won't post it of course but I got an email today that they are sorry for my experience and will send me seeds... look i appreciate the attempt to save face but a: damage is done and the grow is wasted along with the 5 months I've got into them and b: they act like seeds make it all up due to what they charge. Anyone can make feminized seeds at home with trial and error and time and will always end up with thousands of seeds. They sell a few for 40 to 80 bucks then when they don't work out just send more free seeds most likely same genetics with the same problems. I personally could care less about what name is slapped on the bag. I care about two things... are they true feminized seeds trialed for generations to ensure standards before being sold and what is the potential thc percentage. The terpene profiles and the effects they claim they will have on you are gimiky at best. Everyone reacts differently based on personal factors and the taste...? I consume for the effects not what I think they taste like. If I want something tasty I'll eat junk food once the munchies kick in.

First of all I got old seed a few times that didn't sprout. But in all fairness they did just ship another batch no questions asked.
I have grown for many many years and I have tried some good strains from DNA in the past, but it seems to me that they too have lost something.
There seems to be more strains available than ever before but they all seem to be bland generic nothing worth remembering or talking about. Just blahhh.
In this specific grow I grew strawberry banana.
First of the yield was low. Long flowering period.
The smell and taste is not easy to define because there seems to be nothing noteworthy there at all.
No Banana and no strawberry flavour or smell
I had 8 different moms for selection but I will keep 0 of them.
I also have some tangerine growing and I really hope they are at least somewhat as the org. ( I tried the org clone 8-10 years ago and it was amazing)

This was an incredibly disappointing experience. Not a single seed germinated, and to make matters worse, the moment I reached out for support, DNAGenetics went silent. Funny how they’re so responsive when you’re placing an order, but completely vanish when there’s an issue.

I’ve spent over $300 on their products across two orders, and all I got was a pile of dead seeds and zero accountability. It feels like once they have your money, you're no longer worth their time. I won’t be making the mistake of ordering from them again.

Seeds came with in one week..all germinated..GG4 is in flower and have 5 weeks to go..very strong order and covered with resin..👍

UPDATE: Well they replaced my seeds and all old cracked and not one germinated. Spent almost $300.00. Buyer beware.

Seeds are great had a couple die told them of ishew and they replaced my order great customer service much love

They took my money and never shipped my seeds.After 3 requests for information on my order they stopped responding and have ghosted me.I Highly recommend you buy your products elsewhere as they obviously don't care about clients

My order of $80 was confirmed on Jan 12 this year. Today is Jan 31. I have received no merchandise I paid for or a refund, which at this point I will gladly take. I did get a bogus tracking number that shows my package stuck in Tempe AZ since Jan 14.
All I get is the runaround from Elena. Brian is also no help, promising to get this fixed but delivering NOTHING!

Ordered there 2 times.1st time i loved it.Made me go back later and double my order.So i receive my order and they sent me regular seeds not fem seeds.I emailed to inform them and got a responce from Elena there.DNA GENETICS I hope u read this.Get rid of her cause her rudeness isnt keeping customers.I will never order from there again……..oh and she said tough luck basically.80 bucks wasted

Saw that DNA has a promo...buy over $100.00 and get some free seeds. I bought over a $100.00 but the checkout screen gave no indication I was getting the promo. Filled out a contact form on their website to bring the issue to their attention. The following day, someone there named Elena gave no explanation but asked for a screenshot of the checkout screen. Sent the screenshot but still no explanation or workaround given. Why advertise a promo when it doesn't work and then have no clue on how to resolve?

Here's my experience with DNA genetics.

First off I recommend paying with a debit card and not through zelle.

Do not pay through zelle as zelle transactions are not insured.

My initial order I paid using zelle because I did not have a debit card at that time.
DNA genetics claimed they did not receive a payment for my order so emails went back and forth for about a week.

I was told that I was not going to receive what I ordered due to the lack of payment.
I reached out to my bank and explained the situation and they said that the zelle payment went through.

Reached back out to DNA genetics.
Did not get a response until 2 weeks.

Finally got confirmation email that my order has been shipped.

From all the hassle, DNA genetics doubled my order. So overall I am very satisfied with what I purchased. It was just kind of a hassle.

Well I purchased a pack of Feminized seeds from DNA I popped one of the six seeds and had it in veg for 6/7 weeks flipped to flower and into the 10th day it turned out to be a boy 🤔. I contacted them and told what had happened they were completely bothered by it and agreed to send another pack for the inconvenience and time that went into it. I’m completely satisfied on how they handled everything. Once I receive my second pack I will definitely give them 5 stars and continue to use them as my seed bank.

I’ve only ever had great results over the years.
They were my go-to 20 years ago and I just decided to try them again recently. Skywalker OG is STILL a killer! Can’t speak for others but I’ve only ever had great results.
