From start to finish DNA Windows have been brilliant. From advising us on our options, to spotting issues in the survey and fitting frankly fantastically. The whole process has been a breeze. Thank you very much.

Second time of using this local company, would highly recommend. Very professional, reasonably priced. Mike and Alan arrived on time, great guys. Made me laugh alot. Great at their job. Very personal with regards ordering a door and what was needed. Explained everything, stayed in contact throughout the process.
Door is lovely had lots of compliments.

DNA windows came to me by recommendation and il glad they did!
Although not in the same town , they travelled from Plymouth to Torquay without any issue,
Quick to respond to my enquiry , once quote done (again speedy turnaround) they were promt in fitting me in .
The team that arrived were the same as before and greeted me as a valued customer,
They were on , phoned to check I was in too , upon arrival took off outdoor shoes without being asked 👍
Their workmanship can’t be faulted !
My not so new windows feel and work like brand new !!

DNA Window Solutions have recently replaced our faulty sliding door and a large panel in our conservatory. New French doors with panels were fitted. The whole process went very smoothly. Canor, Adam, Carly and the fitting team, Mike and Alan, were very friendly and professional. Mike and Alan have done an excellent job fitting the French doors and the two panels. Nothing was too much trouble. We are very impressed with the end result. Would definitely recommend thus company to anyone else.

Just had another window fitted by DNA Window Solutions. What an amazing job they have done. Our house has not been the easiest to work on because of its age and crookedness, but they have done a fantastic job of installing our windows to sash and installing a bay window from scratch. This is the 2nd time we have used DNA Window Solutions, the team are great and easy to work with. They take the time to make sure that you get what you want. They keep you advised of where your order is in the process. The work is to a high level and follow up services are good.

Right from the first meeting I knew we had made the right choice choosing DNA Windows. Adam, who came round to speak with us, was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and certainly not pushy like the majority of companies we had round to quote. We made changes mid process which DNA were more than happy to accommodate and they also pushed back the order ( to tie in with our building work) while honouring the quote. The guys that fitted our windows and doors were also great lads. Friendly, professional and very tidy!
Overall our experience with DNA Windows was seamless, affordable and high quality. I really can’t recommend them enough!!!

I had all the roof panels replaced in my sunlounge, the Staff were outstanding, they provided dust sheets, cleaned up any mess, Excellent service, great workmanship, very professional, very polite, nothing was too much trouble, they even worked in the rain showers, never even took a break 10/10

What a great Company to have do your windows for you. From the initial call and visit through to the fitting everything was seamless and nothing was to much trouble (we had to change our fitting day twice).
The team who fitted the windows for us were great, organized, polite, did a great job and cleaned up, what more could you ask for.

DNA Window Solutions recently replaced 5 windows on our property. So glad we chose them! Everything about the job was excellent. Good price, the company is a pleasure to deal with, quality workmanship, everything done in a timely manner, the two guys who completed the work were extremely professional and clearly took great pride in their work- the windows look fabulous! Can't recommend this company highly enough! Absolutely would use DNA Windows again without hesitation.

Good communication, clean and tidy workers and friendly, respectful staff all round.

On time, really good people to deal with and the chaps who completed the work were very polite explaining the process and if they had an issue how they were going to get around it. At the end of the day they cleaned up.

Excellent service, communication was consistent all the way throughout the process and the team were very helpful.

They replaced my hard to reach, old two pane landing window with a graphite coloured framed single pane, and trickle vent.
All completed in around 2 hours, with care taken to protect carpets and no mess left behind.
I will certainly use them again.

Everything ran on time from start to finish, no issues or hold ups. Quick and clean installation and they left the house and grounds spotless.
On inspection I picked up a couple of tiny snags which I sent via email, a fitter came to site and dealt with these a couple of days after.
Highly recommended company.
