I contacted a few local companies to come an give me quote. An this company stood out the most. Not only were they local, also very friendly, not pushy at all and knew their job. From ordering to completion of the work, we were given communication all the way from ordering, payments, delivery off goods, booking in installation etc. It was also nice to be able to pop in their office, as it was our first time using this company. We just wanted reassurance, but there was no need to worry. We are really happy with the outcome and will be using them again, for more work on our property. We have already recommended them to a family member.

It’s always difficult to select a trade to work on/in your home. There are some unscrupulous scammers in the window replacement business. DNA window solutions are a shining example of good old fashioned honest, trustworthy tradesmen. We live in a two bedroom bungalow in the Plymouth area, DNA replaced all windows and front and back doors and replaced the guttering recently. The two fitters, Sid and Sam, honest, were absolutely brilliant, clean tidy and respectful plus the office staff were very friendly and polite. I would recommend DNA Window Solutions to anyone looking for a double glazing company.
