I cant say anything about the products but customer service was great for me quick response and canceled/refunded my wrong purchase within 24h.

I purchased the Fulvic Acid NANO Drops for eyes and requested reviews on the product prior to using; there were no reviews posted on the website. I hesitated to use the product and should have followed my instinct. when I requested reviews via email from customer service; they did not respond or provide any data. I texted the owner/ Doc of Detox on Facebook regarding the gritty stuff in the bottle that has allegedly scratched my eye for guidance; NO RESPONSE thus far. It was my desire to deal directly with the company oppose to posting a review however, efforts to receive response has not been beneficial. It is my belief that in the ordinary course a business when good faith requires an answer; businesses should respond. I would think the company would be concerned about this issue being reported; perhaps something happened during manufacturing. I needed to hear from the company and owner. I'm disappointed that no one has responded. I am having issues with my eyes that were not an issue prior to using these drops. I have been using herbal products for over 40 years and know the proper protocol for storage. In addition, I maintain a healthy diet; not a meat eater. Also, if anyone knows the correct authority to report this too and have the product analyzed; I would greatly appreciate having this information.

I contacted customer service with a question about the hemp C60 - they called me back quickly and gave me excellent information. I bought the hemp C60 and after 4 days it literally gave me my life back.

I was ghosted from customer service after spending $1400. Not sure about the products anymore. They don't seem as good as 2020. My order never even had weather protection in the box. My C 60 hemp oil was like mold on too.

I wrote a review about how their Carbon 60 product could potentially give you cancer and they removed my review from their website! This con artist needs to be exposed! Their C60 has toluene in it! That's why it's purple: it's because it contains toluene!

We have bought a number of supplement products from Doc of Detox, and have one major issue. These products have NO "expiration" date, NO "Best By" date, NO Manufacture Date, and NO Lot Number. It's impossible to know if the products are fresh, or how long you might store a large bottle before using it. We buy lots of supplements from many companies, and these are the only ones with no information.

I called the company and asked about this, and the customer service rep said he didn't know anything about it, and would ask the head person.. Haven't heard anything back for 3 weeks!
