Good range of natural products and herbal remedies, and well able to answer my questions and locate what I wanted. Bit expensive but Radlett is an expensive area anyway. Will go back for wheat free, egg free bread and other items when I need them again.

I must express my deepest disappointment with service we just received. My DPD parcel has been delivered into this shop. Inside of the shop I have learned how big the parcel was, sadly the notification on DPD website didn’t highlight the description of the product, therefore I didn’t know what is coming.
When realising how big the item was (baby car seat) I have askednicely the sales man “if is possible to keep it there until someone can pick it up,” sadly, I was refused. As I had a baby in the pushchair, I couldn’t carry the parcel, and had to ask Local taxi service for their assistance. The lovely taxi driver was trying to help and struggled with parking (had to park outside of the parked cars which created a lot of traffic and frustration as everyone was beeping). It was very stressful and very unnecessary experience.
As we live in a little village, a little bit of kindness would be helpful and appreciated. I live in Radlett for 20 years+ and I have used this shop in past, but won’t be going there anymore. It was the worst customer service in a long time and left me feeling very bitter and disappointed. If the shop has no facilities for storage, they should not accept this type of business.

This website is not to be trusted. They promote themselves as a Pharmacy and have the link to check Pharmacies are valid in the UK yet neither easywellbeing or Metro Pharmacy are registered. Calling the Radlett phone number you get a person desperate to end a call and telling you that they are a Health Store and to call the other number. Tried to call the other 0208 number and it just rings out and no one answers. The other reviews on refunds and non-delivery are also a serious concern.

Taken 48.00 from account !!! I order celtic salt and a month later 48.00 pounds out fuming didn't know about membership !!! PUT MY MONEY BACK LEFT ME WITH NOTING FUMING DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS I BEST GET MY MONEY BACK !!!

Total waste of time don’t bother with this company

Placed an order and paid for the goods. I did not here from them for 8 days, and my good did not arrive.

I sent a polite email to request an update; and got this in reply:

I do not have this item anymore and i have refunded your money back.

I am still waiting for my refund.

Really, I had to instigate this reply - would I ever had heard from them?

Take your money with no intent to fulfill the order. Currently getting money back from my card provider.
