Terrible service!
I ordered some stickers for my regs book on 30th April, I am still yet to receive them!
Surely it does not take almost 2 weeks to send a sheet of stickers to me?
I have emailed and been ignored.
I have called and not had a call back!
Absolutely abysmal service as a first time customer!

Ordered the new regs book
Ordered the new regs book. Arrived dented! It supposed to have free chapter flags that came with it, but never did! Not what I was expecting, as the cost of these books are expensive.
Emailed them twice, no reply. Having investigated the communication issues, they immediately set the issues right. And sent missing items.

Following the launch of the new regulations two weeks ago, we have experienced an exceptionally high volume of orders and emails. After investigating, we also found your messages had unfortunately been filtered into our spam folder, which is very rare but clearly caused an unacceptable delay in responding.
Upon seeing your review on Google this morning we have already posted you chapter flags.
We genuinely appreciate your feedback and are very sorry that we let you down on this occasion.

Excellent service and price, the only problem with my order was, two books out of the three, were damaged on the corner. This was not the fault of Docstore but the carrier.
