There were issues with shipping. In order to get the material it cost over $600.00 for delivery. Once it was received in state there were additional delays due to the material requiring being off-loaded via fork lift. This meant the company doing the home-delivery had to reach out 3 times to the manufacturer to get permission before it could be delivered to my home.

Once the product was delivered I saw the packaging was insufficient and the product was slightly damaged.

Customer service it's really bad,
very frustrating if you want stress free shopping stay away from that company.

It felt like a broker experience with bad communication
Asking for a review before delivering a product is also very unprofessional.

Easy fast, very helpful

I purchased large panels of polycarbonate for a huge outdoor covered porch. The items were shipped quickly, arrived in perfect condition, and the shipper kept in touch with delivery information. This company was very easy to do business with!

Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable and pleasant. If someone didn’t know an answer the were able to direct my the one who did. Follow up was flawless. I received the shipment without worry and it was just as I hoped it would be.

Super easy to order materials needed, comunication after is poor!! Have reached out numerios times with no responce. Been looking for a tracking number on schedeuled delivery which im still waiting on

The needed rolls of foam sealing tape was just as needed and special handling was good but time for shipping and delivery was slow but minimized by contact’s efforts.

Material arrived in good condition.
It was 16 foot by 4ft. One piece had a small cracked edge. In my case I think it won’t matter.

Third time using ezoutdoorcoverings, and have not had any bad experiences. Thought they missed a box of screws, but the screws were present, just not visible without unpacking the materials.
i was able to get an actual human on the phone, when i called in the evening, who was an actual knowledgeable employee, and not an Indian call center.
Though not stated on their website, i suggest you give your project 2 weeks lead time for items purchased here. i think they are at the mercy of whatever shipping agent is available at the time of purchase, so they cannot give estimates of delivery until shipped.
i consider this a good company and intend to use them in the future.

Hasn’t shipped,no response from company, still waiting

Never answer the phone to give it a update of the order.they don’t really care about customer satisfaction

The website allows you to check out, but the business is not active. They don't answer the calls or emails about orders.

I submitted an order and three emails, you never responded… the phone number doesn’t work, the payment link also didn’t work. Feels like a fake company.

They had a hard to find product and gave great service and was able to pick it up in a few days after ordering it

I received the order faster than expected.

Never received my order. Company never responded to my emails, never answered the phone. Ordered over a month ago and only communication that has ever took place was a confirmation that my card was charged and an email from ezoutdoorcoverings requesting my review.
