In my stress and panic to get back to Hong Kong, I had not realized the accreditation letter was embedded in doctap's email. As the airline would not let me board at LHR, when I call doctap, the person on the end of the line did not point this out to me. Instead, I was advised that whilst doctap is ISO certified, the lab they use is not. I nearly lost my flight over this extremely stressful incident. Fortunately, as I calmed down, I was able to figure it out for myself. The person on the phone was very, very unhelpful. I won't be using them again!

I visited your Stratford DocTap branch and Henry assisted me. He was very helpful, and went the extra mile of advising and reassuring me that the test will come on time, and that the Doc Tap company is reliable. He was very patient as i was not comfortable taking the test, but he took his time and just told me to relax. Thank you again Henry for going the extra mile, nice to know people still care. :)

The test was very easy and quick and we had our results within 2 minutes. No issues at the airport flying with the email / test results. We booked our appointments at 9:15 and 9:30 but they took us in at 9. Easy, convenient, trustworthy.

I booked a PCR test for 1st May as I travel on the 3rd. I went to the appointment and had no issues, friendly doctor, easy to find, and booking was easy too. I had my test and was told I'd have the result by midnight the next night. They sent 2 email updates advising the test had been registered and then was on its way to the lab. I hadn't heard anything by 11PM so I reached out. The next day they told me there had been a delay with my results and that they could bring me in for a free same day PCR, they also decided to refund my booking as a goodwill gesture. I went the second time, same experience again, friendly doctor, in and out in 2 minutes. Had my test at 11 and got the results around 6, with lots of email updates along the way. If you need a PCR test to travel, please do use Doctap, they are the best and they have a genuinely great customer service team

I have been attended by Marisa for a PCR test for travelling. And what a lovely, sweet, calm and understanding person! One of the best assistant I have ever been attended by in London.

Actually, I was complaining to myself because I had to do a PCR test to go to my country what I felt very silly. And I am going out from the clinic thinking that I would definitely come back again!!! - thank you to Marisa :)

The advertised services were rendered but I was more impressed with the pleasantness of the young lady that submitted the test. She was extremely polite and never let the line of people that were anxiously awaiting outside the doors adversely phase her.

Such a refreshing experience for an online health service. Appointment was really easy to arrange and when my prescription wasn’t in stock they were able to get it changed and sent to a local pharmacy all within a day. Super fast responses and helpful customer service.

I have found DocTap to be efficient, very simple to use and their surgeries are modern and spotless. I found Dr. Lakshmi Kumar to have a wonder bedside manner - very empathetic and through with her investigation and communication. Well done DocTap.

Very well placed location for undertaking the test at Stratford in the church yard. Very professional and quick service rendered as well as the updates provided each way after the test is carried out are good to know. Provided swift return of results less than just 24 hrs in good detailed 2 reports. Would definitely recommend and will be using the services again.
Lest i forget there services are a great value for money especially if travelling as a family (we were four in total)

Excellent all round. Have used Doc tap mainly for Covid PCR’s they used to do a 4 hour rapid PCR (they had a lab on site) received the results in around 2 hours. Use them for same day results and they keep you informed of the progress of your sample to “on route to lab” “being tested” and results and certificate received before midnight on the same day every time I’ve used this service. The testers are polite friendly and professional. I’ve also used Doc Tap for GP consultations and blood tests. GP’s were patient and explained blood tests and results in a manner that you could understand. Very reasonable prices too. Highly recommend 👍🏼 Just to add. Had a PCR with DocTap yesterday 04/04/22. Sample taken at 13:30, result and certificate received at around 18:00. ✅
