Although delivery was messed up by the courier Charlotte was extremely helpful in trying to get the issue resolved and kept a constant watch on the tracking for me.

I have recently purchased another dog gate for my stairs, as they are fantastic, there is no bar at the bottom so you wont be tripping over it like you do with a baby gate it is screwed to the wall so it won't be ripping my wallpaper, and stops the dogs from climbing the stairs.

My second gate that I’ve purchased. (Because we have more than one area to keep the dogs out). They are amazing. They are aesthetically pleasing. Easy to operate. Quality product well-made. I won’t live without this product and if I ever change houses they’re coming with me. I recommend these gates to everyone.

I’ve just increased the width of one of my gates so it can fit yet another doorway. Absolutely brilliant, folds easily, lightweight and most of all smart to look at!

Good product but would have been helpful to be advised this was a replacement bracket with lock and not a retrofit. Advice on removing the original stuck on bracket was helpful but not an easy operation.

Delivered promptly and works great in the motorhome. Purchased an extra set of brackets for the bedroom door to keep our whippet at bay. Only used the adhesive tape to fix them and this has worked well so far. The gate is well made and should be longlasting.

I have ordered 2 gates from this company and they are fantastic, I have 3 large Newfoundlands, and once of them managed to bend the lifting arm, when I reached out to customer service, they were extremely helpful. I love that the product ships fast and does what it says it will.

I recently purchased a gate and locking brackets from Dog-G8. I would do it again too.
It's a great product and easy to install. I had an issue when I ordered the locking brackets in as much as I ordered the wrong colour.
I emailed them and they were very helpful and made a note for the correct colour to be sent out. No ifs, no buts just changed it for me.
Thank you for a great service and I would recommend you to anyone and everyone.

I have really enjoyed understanding the products. I have a very clever field spaniel, who is an escape artist so this has been a lifesaver.
We have had to make several orders because we needed a longer gate for the front door and also two locks accessories because we brought one and he managed to undo the other side.

So fingers cross this works out because I can’t keep chasing my dog down the road

Really pleased with my extra wide gate. It keeps dogs in and chickens out of area outside our back door. Delivery fast. Fixing into brick walls.Sturdy so I leave it keeping dogs back with the bonus this hot weather of a good air flow. Only small complaint is it's fiddly to shut

Excellent help from Chris on customer service team I bought a cat g8 a month ago and now the weather is warming up I wanted to use it but my menace of a cat managed to pull it forward and get his head out. I asked on instagram for any advice on stopping this and Chris has ordered me a narrower hook mechanism free of charge to make the g8 tighter. Very fast and helpful responses with good advice, thank you Chris!
