Excellent bike (letape campagnolo), 4 week wait for bike but expected delays due to covid 19, delivered well packaged and only minimum setup required, great price can't find anything with this spec anywhere near these prices from a reputable bike store. Great service as I live to far from store to try out, they gave me excellent advice on ordering the correct size and components, all arrived and size suits me perfectly.

Interaction I have had has been good. Website easy to follow and when spoken to, the customer service team are very good and helpful; they gave the option to the change seat post and wheels to other variants which were displayed as out of stock.
I have found that despite the delay to receive my new bike (due to covid) no communication has been had once placing the order and receiving order confirmation.

UPDATE:
I have waited for the bike now for over 3 weeks with no communication. No emails are answered promptly. Not overly impressed.

When Dolan got in touch, they explained the delay and were quick to compensate with some freebies chucked in.

I had a few queries about my order whilst I was waiting for delivery. Received responses within 24hours each time. Pleasure to deal with. Bike arrived well packaged but unfortunately haven't yet had time to get out on it yet.

After a fair bit of research, reading reviews and comparing pricing and specs I made the decision to purchase a Dolan L'etape Carbon road bike from Dolan via their website. I am an amateur cyclist having previously bought a house brand road bike from a multi-national sports retailer, which was a good bike but a wee bit outdated now. My Dolan bike took a couple of weeks to arrive (next day delivery) after ordering it which I consider to be a relatively quick turnaround given the current restrictions and I am assuming the high volume of work the company are undertaking with the recent increase in popularity of cycling. The bike is fantastic and definitely worth waiting for. Really decent spec for the price and better spec than I could find with other retailers for similar price. Customer service was good, straight forward communications and no issues at all. Overall a very positive buying experience, excellent quality product and good service. The bike is a pleasure to ride. I would have no hesitation in recommending Dolan Bikes to others.

I bought a Dolan Dr1 bike a couple of months ago, I had been given the name of the company from a friend of mine who is a serious cyclist, I called and spoke to Stephen who was extremely helpful I explained what I was looking for, my experience and my budget and he recommended the Dr1, the bike arrived a week later and I can’t believe how good it is, I had a ten year old aluminium Specialized road bike and I was worried I wouldn’t know any difference but boy was I wrong, over the last few month I’ve gone from a guy who would go out for a 20 mile ride twice a month to now doing over 100 miles a week. I had an issue with the gears not working which turned out to be a slack axle but the guys at Dolan took the time to call me back and give me all the information I needed in case it was a different issue. I can’t recommend them or the bike highly enough, if your looking for a great bike at a reasonable price give them a call, they certainly listened to me and built me exactly what I should have even though I didn’t even know what I wanted.

After much research, I found this rear wheel @ Dolan-Bikes, as a direct replacement to my original one which had been terminally damaged. After checking with Dolan as to the exact specification of this wheel, I made the purchase and unbelievably received it the next day along with my “free gift” of some QR axle adapters, which was a very welcome and generous thought.I am internally grateful to Dolan, who as business, went above and beyond to meet my demands...Thank you so much Dolan - Bikes, for your unreal service.

Quick service and also aftermarket advice on frame set up

Just brought another L'Etape from Dolan Bikes. As with the last one (Jan 2016), the whole buying experience was excellent. Highly professional staff, who could fully customise my new bike, and give the benefit of their knowledge and experience.

Fantastic cunstomer service
This order was a replacement frameset as I had cracked my scala frame during an Ironman. The frameset arrived here in Qatar within 3 weeks and I am now back training on my TT bike, Happy days! Thanks everyone at @DolanBikesUK.

Good value for money

They were very good to deal with, with good communication especially in difficult times with Covid-19 delaying the build due shipping issues with brake parts.

The bike finally arrived and I am over the moon with it can't wait to give it a try but all planned TT events have been cancelled so might be on zwift for now.

Finish of the bike is great I like the Fluro accents really stand out overall very happy customer.
