I am very pleased with the quality and uniqueness of my print, this car was a huge part of my teen years. Until I can repurchase my car, this will do, and it will look great in my shop.

Over priced
After purchasing, I looked online further and found similar products at a significantly less price.

HI Calvin
Our pricing is uniform across all channels.
However if our product was advertised at a lower rate elsewhere, we will happily refund you any difference. Can you share the link where you saw the lower price to support@dolanpaperco.com
The only scenario we can think of where this may have happened is during the pricing update earlier this year. Price changes take a few days to update on all channels. So it would have been possible to see a price difference for the same print in two places in that period. However, we have only updated our pricing once in our 5yr+ history so far so this is an exceptional circumstance.
Thanks
Gift for teenager

Great, thaks for the feedback, Catia.
Do NOT recommend!
Ordered a Tesla Model 3 (2018-Present) da Vinci Sketch Art Print on 8/28/21 and got a confirmation email but never got the shipping notification within 2-3 days like it stated.
I waited a week to email them to follow up, no response so I had to send a second email 3 days later (9/7) then got this response: "For some reason it was not processed on the day you submitted and it’s not clear why that it is."
I was told it'll dispatch 'tomorrow' (9/8) and will reach me in 3 days. Followed up twice after that and as of 11:49 am on 9/10 still no reply and no shipping confirmation email.
Had to dispute the charge, definitely do not recommend.

Hi Louis,
We're terribly sorry this second order of yours with Dolan paper co encountered this fulfillment issue. It should not have happened and we have learned from it.
I see that the order has now been delivered to you, though not in the time line promised. Thats on us. If you're open to it, we'd like to send you a free companion print to make this right. Please email us your selection to support@dolanpaperco.com
