Customer support has also been solid whenever I’ve needed it. On the rare occasions I’ve had questions or required assistance, responses have been timely and helpful, without unnecessary back-and-forth.
Overall, after two decades of use, I can say this is a dependable registrar that has earned my trust. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a long-term, hassle-free domain management solution.

I highly recommend them and we’ve only moved because we’ve got all our Software under one company now to make the logistics easier. Fast Response Time: I had an issue with an external mail server and needed help with the DNS entries. The support team responded much faster than I expected. In an industry where you often wait days for a ticket update, this speed was a huge relief.

If you need more than just a domain name
I have run servers on the internet for more than 25 years and have used several registrars before I found Domaindiscount24 18 years ago. This provider offers all features I could wish for and has always been very reliable. I highly recommend it for users who want full control over their domains including DNS administration.

DD24 is not able to provide a simple payment process
We registered 40+ domains with DD24. Unfortunately, they are unable to offer a simple payment process for a Swiss company. Each domain is billed individually by credit card (!!). Despite this, their website states: 'User-friendly domain portal for private customers and businesses'. It also says 'Team Internet – As a global team, we are constantly working on improvements'. It seems this company cannot deliver on its promises. What a shame!
