The Domi gazebo is great looking and a good value
The Domi gazebo is well-made, attractive, sturdy and (relatively) simple to assemble. Assembly definitely requires at least two people (three would be better).
Unfortunately, FedEx delivered one of the boxes taped on the end and two of the pieces in the box arrived bent and unusable. I must compliment Customer Service for their quick replacement of the damaged box. Five stars for excellent communication and service.
I am very pleased with the finished gazebo and will recommend Domi Outdoor Living to anyone considering one of their products.
A few recommendations:
- It would be helpful to have a list of the box contents printed on the outside of each box. A total of 6 boxes arrived and we found ourselves wasting time opening each of the boxes to sort through and find the parts necessary for each step of the installation.
- The Assembly Manual should indicate on more of the structural steps where the bolts should be left finger tight and not tightened fully. We needed to re-adjust components throughout the assembly (also wasting time).
- It would be helpful to know, not only the footprint dimensions, but also the total inside height of the structure at the peak. We found it extremely difficult to hold up the top structure on a stepladder long enough to complete the roof frame assembly . We constructed wooden jigs which made it much easier and safer.
- The seam sealant should be applied immediately after the main cross-members are joined - not after the roof panels are in place.
Overall, I we are very pleased with the Domi gazebo.

Packages received in good condition
Packages received in good condition. Instructions hard to follow. Pieces went together until we got to the rooftop and some pieces where to long I would say at least 5 pieces we had to cut. Holes did not line up at least 15 holes had to be redone. Curtain ties were unraveling 2 of them. For the price I paid we should have had received a better product. I have contacted customer service with no resolution.

Great gazebo
I purchased the 12x12 gazebo. The gazebo is well made and all of the pieces fit as they should. The instructions could use a revision to include better descriptions when assembling the upper roof section, but otherwise they were easy to follow. Customer service was very responsive to replace a part that came damaged, through no fault of their own. I would highly recommend domi gazebos and would purchase through them again.

Size was miss stated,it was much smaller than the description so it's too small for what I needed. I would like a refund or make it right by sending me a bigger size. By you're measurements that would be 10 x 12 which should be 9 x11 which would work.

Thank you for your feedback. As previously explained in our email, our product sizes are named after the roof dimensions. For the 8*10 size you purchased, the roof measures 8*10, while the base is smaller at 7*9, as clearly stated on our product page.
We strongly recommend reviewing product dimensions carefully before placing an order. Regarding your request for the correct size, we have already sent detailed information via email. Pls check that message, and we look forward to your response.
Sturdy gazebo
Sturdy gazebo, husband was impressed by the built and how it all came together. I will say we are in our 70s and under this heat dome it took 3 days to put together, next time we would hire this done. Our friend already installed one 3 years ago so it went very easy for us with his assistance. Very good product but older folks might consider help assembly product.
